Description of the Ocean Isle Beach vacation home rental
CLOSE TO BEACH ACCESS; PRIVATE DOCK; HC ACCESSIBLE
There is plenty of room to spread out in this beautifully decorated custom-built home that has it all - an elevator, private dock with deep water access to the Intracoastal Waterway, and sunsets made to order - and it's just a 5 minute walk to the beach, ice cream parlor, arcades, mini-golf, restaurants and museum.
The two-story great room with gas fireplace, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, separate dining room, and second-floor master bedroom all look out over the ICW and canal. Each bedroom has its own attached, private bathroom. A separate den, with queen-size pullout couch, provides an additional place to relax, or can be used as a fifth bedroom. Wireless internet access is available throughout
the house.
Our home was built with accessibility in mind. The Green bedroom is attached to bathroom w/ ADA compliant fixtures. All doorways throughout house are 36" wide. The only thresholds are exterior down to decks.
Fish from the benches of the private dock with fish cleaning station. Rinse the sand from your toes in the large & private outdoor shower and then sit out on one of the decks or the screened porch and take in the awe-inspiring views of the sun setting over the Waterway.
We built the house that we would want to rent - and are delighted to share it with other families.
Please note that this house is available as a family rental only and the person signing the contract must be at least 30 years young.
Please note that the use of tobacco products is prohibited
in this house.
Taxes additional; Weekly rental price includes cleaning at departure.

Area Information
With the beach just down the street and a private dock outside the back door, a more convenient location is hard to find. Had enough of the beach' It's a five minute walk to the Museum of Coastal Carolina, Ocean Isle Creamery (yum!), the arcades and mini-putt.
With Myrtle Beach only 30 miles to the south and historic Wilmington 40 miles to the north, there's no difficulty finding something to do - the hard part is deciding!

| Deposits: Our procedure for renting is that once a family lets us know that they would like to reserve specific dates, we send along a contract. The signed contract must be returned within 5 days, along with 50% of the rental fee.
