Description of the Ocean Isle Beach vacation home rental

You, your family and friends will have a terrific vacation in this beautiful home that directly faces the ocean. The home has a reverse floor plan with the main living area on the second floor to take advantage of the wonderful unobstructed ocean views; the two lots in front are not developed. There is a private swimming pool (can be heated for additional fee), and a 4 person hot tub off of the first floor deck (also with ocean view). The beach access is a short walk (4 houses) to the right.

The home has a well equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including two sinks, separate ice machine, food processor, two toasters, two coffee makers. There is a new outdoor gas grill (May 2009). The dining table can seat 10 with additional space for six at the adjacent counter. The home features five bedrooms and five and half baths and will accomodate up to 16.

The master bedroom has a king bed, two bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with a double and a bunk bed set, one bedroom with two queen beds. The living room has HD Cable TV with Dolby 5.1 surround sound, CD player and DVD. There is access to WIFI high speed internet (computer not provided). There are adirondack chairs and dining table and chairs on the spacious second floor decks.

On the first living level there is a large den with a futon sofa, TV with DVD, beverage refrigerator and a wet bar. This level features covered decks with the hot tub. There is a new washer and dryer (March 09).

Ocean Isle Beach offers a quiet relaxed family vacation with warm water and a uncrowded beach. The area is a golfer's paradise with 35 courses in Brunswick County and Myrtle Beach is 40 minutes south. Friday evenings feature free concerts and the sunrise church service on the beach on Sunday mornings is beautiful. There is only one high rise on the entire island. There are several casual restaurants and The Causeway Gourmet delivers. Grocery stores are within three miles and a seafood market for fresh local fish is close by. Ocean Isle is located between Wilmington and Myrtle Beach; convenient to these airports. There is also a general aviation airport, 60J.
