Other Fees: $100 cleaning fee for weekly rentals, 6% Maryland state tax. Weekly rental cost represents family pricing. For groups of five or six adults, an additional surcharge of $100/week each for fifth and sixth adult may apply.

Delightful

This was the best vacation I have had in years. The house was beautiful - fully equipped and thoughtfully furnished. The location was perfect - not too far from the beach with lovely wooded surroundings. Comfort and beauty in one package. Everything else you could possibly need was close by (gym, pools, food, gas, entertainment). Best 'no hassle' vacation ever!

Ocean Pines Paradise

My family was lucky enough to find this gem of a home. We have rented in Ocean Pines many times in the past 25 years and I must say this home was the absolute best ! We love O.P.and return yearly because of the family atmosphere and blissful quiet at night. This vacation home superceded all of our expectations! The decor is serene, everything from the appliances to the beds and furniture are top quality. This home is absolutely spotless. It is also larger than the pictures show. The master bedroom is huge with ample drawer and closet space. The king bed is to die for, firm, yet so comfortable. I loved the large closet space off the bathroom for dressing. The whirlpool tub was a hit with my husband! When it came time to take showers, the hot water never ran out and there were 7 of us ! The amentities such as the wireless internet was a nice added convenience. Laundry was a breeze since it just off the kitchen and the washer and dryer are brand new HE, which now I might have to buy! This lovely home is conveniently located less than 3 minutes to the grocery store, gas station and route 90 bridge. The Beach Club parking pass and pool passes that were included in the rental were icing on the cake! We went nearly everyday without having to worry about beach parking. Beach area is well taken care of and the pool was refreshing! My four grandchildren had the time of their life! They have been on many beach vacations with us and said "Granny, this is the best beach house ever !

Clean, comfortable, nicely furnished

The house is spacious, comfortable and clean. Close to many attractions . Enjoyed the swimming pool and walking paths. Nice screened porch. Well-equipped kitchen, beautiful furnishings. The over-size chair is my personal favorite. Will stay here again
