Duck Lake and 23 miles of interlocking waterways provide an excellent place for boating and fishing. The town has something for everyone including a convention center, bowling alley, cinema, shopping, pubs and restaurants plus a casino which will pick you up for free.
The weather in this little town seldom reaches any extreme in cold or heat. The marine climate makes it so that there are generally dry summers, with cool ocean breezes and temperatures that stay under 80 degrees. Winters are wet, but the temperature seldom dips below freezing. Occasionally it will snow, but it never lasts very long.

We stayed at the house for a guys fishing trip. The house was a real treat and we had plenty of room even for ten guys I will highly recommend the house and would stay there again. Rae was a pleasure to work with.

Loved this rental. Very clean and neat. Only minutes to the beach, Gray's Harbor and Duck Lake. We enjoyed all 3 in the short time we got to spend there. Also enjoyed hiking in the Rain Forest on a trail that is minutes from the house. The weather was gorgeous in October! I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to get away for a nice, relaxing vacation.

The home was clean and neat. Very nice decor. Great kitchen and in home laundry was a blessing for all the beach clothes and towels. Wonderful wooded surrounding.We often saw families of deer in the front and back yard. We look forward to going back next vacation. It was so peaceful and relaxing.

What a treat to stay so close to everything in an ideal home away from home. Really enjoyed the space for our family of four. Rae was right - a day rarely goes by when a deer doesn't wander through the yard. A peacful retreat and a super lauching point for some great Washington sightseeing. Highly recommended and will consider making this a regular destination.

King's Glen was very relaxing and the scenery is fantastic. Had a great time fishing at the lake. Very close to the beach. The house was very clean and well kept. This is our new favorite beach location.

Just like having your own beach house! A full kitchen helped us save money because we were able to make our own meals during the day. Everything was wonderful and the price was very reasonable! My mother is disabled so she doesn't go on many trips anymore, especially to hotels but even she was relaxed and enjoying herself. We cannot wait to go back!
