This 3100 sq. ft. 3 bedroom beach house at Belle Fontaine Drive was completed in October 2007. The observation tower has a panoramic view across the sound, along the white-sandy beach, and the Biloxi lights can be seen at night. There are 10 ft. ceilings, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, large master bathroom with separate bidet, deck off master bedroom, sparse hardy, natural vegetation with oak trees and direct access to beach and waters edge. Each bedroom has a 32 in. flat screen TV.

Area Information

The Gulf Coast has nearby resort casinos, spectacular stage shows, and year-round 18 hole golf courses. Surrounding attractions include yacht clubs, restaurants, Singing River mall, plentiful shopping, golfing, fishing, island excursions, gaming, Old Spanish fort museum, motor boating and wave runner rentals, bowling, art galleries, parks and piers, sandhill crane refuge, campgrounds, and country clubs.

The front yard is the serene Gulf and just across a narrow road in the back is a bayou which is a bird watcher's paradise. You will have the quiet serenity of a little traveled peninsula yet enjoy quick, easy access to nightlife and fine dining.

Love this cabin!

January 3, 2011

We stayed at this cabin Dec. 28, 10 thur Jan 2, 11 and we loved it! This cabin has a fantastic view and plenty of room. We had seven people and three dogs. Everything we needed was there. We walked the beach, crabbed at the buldhead down the street, shopped in Ocean Springs, Biloxi and Gulfport till our legs were about the fall off and enjoyed our time at the cabin. The views were awsome and so was the peace and quiet. Photos and descriptions do not do this cabin justice, it must be experienced! Would def rent this cabin again, and again.

HAD A GREAT TIME!

We had a great time over Thanksgiving! We caught and boiled crabs which was entertaining for the whole family. We loved the private beach, seclusion and peacefull atmosphere. The water system did take some getting use to and was especially stronger in the early morning hours. We hope to return next year during the spring/summer.

One of the best things was being directly on the beach. We usually rent a place anywhere from Long Beach to Biloxi, but we are always separated from the beach by Beach Blvd. Since we don’t let them go off on their own, the kids always have to wait on us to go with them, which sometimes can take a while. But, at your home, they could go right out the back door and we didn’t have to go sit in the sun on the beach to keep an eye on them. Let me just say, we had a GREAT week – from 3 to 60, everyone had fun. Thanks

A FAMILY Vacation Place

Please read my letter below: Homer, Just a note to let you know we had a wonderful week at your Ocean Springs home last week. My husband and I arrived first, and I must say, I was a little concerned about the ‘remote’ location of the Ocean Belle I. I told my husband that I was afraid I had made a mistake in my selection because it was so secluded from the busy Biloxi coast my family had been used to. My husband told me “don’t worry – the boys will love it.” We had our 2 daughters, 6 grandsons (ages 3,9,12,12,14, & 17) and 1 great granddaughter (age 4) with us for the week (plus the dog). The two son-in-laws came for there for the weekend only. When the boys arrived they found a mangled crab trap on the beach that they managed to straighten out. We had brought the party barge with us and had about 4 ‘set nets’ of our own. We got them some bait and by Saturday afternoon they had 5 dz. crabs. So Saturday evening we all had boiled crabs. Property is awesome. We felt very welcome. Keep in mind that the property is very secluded (which is a plus for us!) and exists in an area hard hit by recent storms. Water quality from plumbing system was very smelly. We would rent this property again.
