Description of the Ocean Springs vacation home rental

For the most fabulous family holiday beach house and beachfront getaway, this house cannot be beat! Come and stay at one of the Mississippi Gulf Coast's finest vacation beach houses, offering 4500 sq. ft. on two separate levels, with double balconies to capture the views of the beach, the Gulf of Mexico, and Horn Island!

This house is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on private Belle Fontaine Beach in Ocean Springs, just minutes to shopping, antiquing, restaurants, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, historic districts, and museums! Amenities offered at this home include five very spacious bedrooms and four and a half baths, one of which is a Jack and Jill bathroom. The master bath offers a huge walk in shower with all of the upgraded plumbing fixtures, including a rain shower head.

This home is ideal for family reunions as it is located next door to the Surfside II, a three bedroom/two bath home that accommodates 8. For our golfers, the price cannot be beat!

There is a utility elevator available, but for safety reasons, it is not available to parties with children five years old or under.

Interior features offer solid oak hardwood flooring, 21-inch ceramic tile flooring, marble baths, granite countertops, custom site built cabinetry, custom moldings, and stainless steel appliances.

Bedding arrangements at this location are: 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, and one queen sleeper sofa, accommodating 12, or sleeping six separately.

Area Information

Private, yet located close to over 100 restaurants, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, museums, and unique boutiques. Casino Row is just 15 minutes to the east in Biloxi, across the Biloxi-Ocean Springs Bay Bridge. Enjoy the downtown historic district of Ocean Springs.

Crabbing and fishing are right outside your back and front doors! The beach is yours, so weddings are welcome...no permits required.

This home is located near Davis Love's Shell Landing Golf Course, Mississippi National, The Preserve Golf Course, Golf Hills Country Club, and over a dozen more golf courses to enjoy.

Water activities are plentiful for childen and adults alike.

We Were Well Pleased With Our Fivve Bedroom 4 And One Half Bath Ocean Front House. It Was Clean And Had All The Kitchen Utensils We Needed. We Had One Maintenance Problem But Were Well Taken Care Of By A Friendly Person Who Manages All Of These Properties. The Person We First Called To Get Assistance At The Property Rental Place Could Use Some Training As To How To Take Care Of Renters But The Maintenace Fellow Made Up For The Curt Remarks That We Had Received. We Would Rent It Again.

SurfSide Beach House

January 24, 2012

Six members of my family and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend away from home at this beach house. The five bedrooms 4.5 bathrooms were beautiful, modern and well furnished. The kitchen, well stocked with dishes, was very roomy and open to use. The island and granite counter tops were perfect. We were pleasantly surprised by the wireless internet connect available there. The hardwood floors and decor were awesome! The front porch offered a great view of the water and beach area. The quiet neighborhood made it feel like you were in a really secluded area, but you were only a few minutes from downtown. We all were spolied by the open floor plan and spacious bedrooms that we will have trouble ever finding another vacation house that measures up. We'll probably just make this one our "own" vacation hot spot!

Mom & Dad 60th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

November 29, 2011

The house was really nice and everyone enjoyed their stay. My family traveled from all over to be together. However, there were no DVD players as indicated and the TV in the living room had no volume for a day or so. My husband was able to figure it out. I was told there was an elevator and there wasn't. My Dad has trouble walking so the stairs were hard for him. I was told when we got there the dumb waiter didn't work but we found the key and it worked. Overall my family enjoyed their stay.
