This newly built 2800 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, two bath southern style beach house will warm your heart and your stay with it’s exquisite architectural details and materials, open floor plan and soaring ceilings. The blend of the old with the new in this beach home’s construction will cause you to reminisce about the “good old days” while enjoying every modern amenity during your visit.

Some of the special features of the home itself are antique heart pine flooring throughout, marble and glass tiled bathrooms, gas fireplace with antique mantle, ELEVATOR, top of the line stainless steel appliances (including wine frig) and double oven, center island bar in the kitchen, mosaic tile backsplashes, and soaring ceilings with skylights, making this home a wonderful, bright, and airy space throughout. For reading enthusiasts, make use of the sitting room at the back of the home on the beach side.

Exterior features include a full length balcony across the back with plenty of wicker lounge furniture, a built in bar with gas grill on the back deck, a gazebo at the sand beach as well as a children’s play area, along with plenty of parking.

This home would make an ideal wedding and/or reception spot due to the terrific beach at this house, as well as the immense amount of space and well equipped kitchen. And for rain days, there is plenty of covered area under the house as well. This home is also great for family reunions, particularly since we offer two additional homes just up the street, one a three bedroom, and one a five bedroom located on Belle Fontaine Beach as well.

Bedding arrangements at this location are: One queen bed, one full size bed, two twin beds, two rollaway beds, and two sofas, to accommodate no more than 10.

The Palms Beach House is located not just "directly on the sand" in historic Ocean Springs, but just minutes to Biloxi and Casino Row.
