There are 2 floors to the unit and each has a large balcony from which guests can view the ocean and beautiful southern California sunsets. Each floor has its own full bath, lots of closet space, and television. The unit is located on the 3rd floor of the complex so it has the best views in the place.

The Oceanside Harbor is within walking distance and offers shoping and dining for all tastes. The Oceanside Pier offers a nice restaurant and public fishing without a license. There are 3.8 miles of uninterrupted beach at your doorstep!!! Oceanside is between San Diego and Los Angeles attractions, like the zoo and wild animal park, Seaworld, Legoland, Disneyland, Universal City, etc. It also has its own shopping, movies, theaters, and entertainment. North Coast Village is a resort-like atmosphere with 24 hour security, garage assigned parking, laundry, a game and exercise room, vending machines, a large pool and hot tub, picnic areas, koi ponds and wandering paths through beautiful gardens. The complex is located right on the shore so there are no streets to cross to get to the beach. My unit has toys for youngsters, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella and beach towels for the family to enjoy. There is a fireplace for cool evening use during off season months, and a ceiling fan keeps temperatures just right in the summer.
