Description of the Oceanside vacation condo rental

Military discounts offered for active military families. Completely remodeled!!! North Coast Village is the only Oceanside complex on the sand. Our unit is in Building A on the 3rd floor, with a 4th floor master bedroom. Large balcony with tables, chairs and chaise longe, with a gorgeous view of the ocean and pier. Complex contains beautiful lush green grounds with streams running through it and koi ponds. Go out the side gate and the beach is only steps away. This unit has been completely remodeled and is lovely and comfortable. All new kitchen and bathrooms, bedroom downstairs doubles as a den/tv room, with a queen size Murphy bed and a queen size sleeper sofa when you need it. Master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed, tv, and large balcony with ocean and pier view. Upon request we will provide a high chair and a crib.

Area Information

Beach is right in front of the North Coast Village complex. The Oceanside Pier is a short walk away. Also walk to the Oceanside Harbor for restaurants and shopping. Take the train to beaches to the south and to San Diego's other attractions: Zoo, Padres baseball, Sea World, Lego Land, downtown, Old Town, and more. Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and many other attractions are 1 to 1-1/2 hours' drive away, or take the train to the north.

We spent four nights at this condo and it wasn't enough! It was very convenient to be so close to the beach, being able to could come and go as we pleased and also accomodated nicely for napping babies. Andrea is awesome to work with and provides extra special attention to decor. The place is cozy! It was great to have extra boogie boards and beach chairs....even aloe vera lotion to soothe our sunburns. The sound of the waves and the foghorn added to the romance of the master suite. There's so much to do within walking distance...renting kayaks, bicycles, jet skis, yummy fish tacos, etc. We couldn't have expected more and hope to stay there again!

Thank you Lynda! So glad you liked our condo. We enjoy bringing our kids and grandkids to the condo. They have so much fun at the beach and the pool and jacuzzi. We walk to the harbor for dinner at Harbor Fish or the Beach Break Cafe. When we go to town, we go to Mary's or Ty's Burger House, then to Dairy Queen. You are right - there is a lot to do and we walk everywhere. We remodeled the condo and decorated it as if we lived there. So, hopefully, others will like it too, and will feel at home there. Please come again!

Wonderful place to stay

We went out to Oceanside to see our son who is a Marine off on his Deployment to Afghanistan. Although this was a difficult trip to make I must say staying in this condo was wonderful. We had excellent family time grilling out, sitting on the deck looking out onto the ocean and just spending time togather. The place is beautiful with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, gorgeous wood work and wonderful tile showers. The master bedroom was so nice and the bed was very comfortable. The complex offers many extra's like 2 heated pools, fitness facility, ping pong, and beautifully landscaped walking paths. It is a very secure place with secure covered parking in the parking garage. Only a few steps to the Ocean/Beech or walking on the Strand. Just a few blocks away (in walking distance) is resturants, shopping, bar's, etc. Camp Pendelton is only like 5-10 minutes away as well. The owners Andrea and Sam are so wonderful, kind people. the make the whole process very easy and are alway available if needed. Should we need to return to Oceanside we will definately stay here again.

A WONDERFUL RESPITE

Thios Condo was just what was needed for a restful vacation. We had an advantageous view of the ocean that we could hear at night, and the sunsets were spectacular. The ammenities and furnishings of the Condo were more than adequate. I would come again and stay in the same condo, it was that nice.

We just returned from our stay at this delightful condo in North Coast Village. The view and the location were incredible. It was amazing to sit on the deck off the master bedroom and watch the sun set. The condo was clean, nicely appointed with ample closet space. The security was reassuring and we enjoyed the staff.
