F105 "Aloha Spirit" is a luxury condo in every sense of the word. It's location at North Coast Village is private and serene with easy beach access and a great private garden and waterfall view as well as an over roof top ocean and harbor peak-a-boo view. The companion to F105 is it's upstairs neighbor: F205 "Harbor Hideaway", another luxury one bedroom with ocean and harbor views. Every unit we manage at North Coast Village can be reserved online or our 800 number.

When you enter North Coast Village you will feel as if you've instantly been transported to Hawaii with our plush tropical grounds, meandering streams and waterfalls, and koi pond. The experience continues after you walk over to F105, Aloha Spirit as soon as you open the door. This one bedroom condo is decorated professionally in the spirit of Hawaii - but only a drive away! You'll enjoy custom granite counter-tops in the colors of the sea, rich comfortable furniture in micro-suede, tropical style ceiling fans to aid the ocean breeze, a gas fireplace in winter to warm cool nights, HDTV flat screens with cable in both the family room and bedroom, plus and comfortable king sized bed with high thread count linens for the perfect night's sleep, family room sofa bed for the extra guest, plenty of plush bath towels, beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs - even an in condo washer and dryer!!!

Area Description

Oceanside California is classic California through and through. This is a southern California beach town like those you've always dreamed about vacationing in. Driving down the Strand, convertible top down, sun on your face, wind in your hair, the smell and sounds of the ocean making for the perfect day. When you stay at North Coast Village on the sand, you can take the California vacation dream a few steps further: walk on the strand; have a beach bonfire; play volleyball in the sand; take surfing lessons; rent a kayak; go deep sea fishing; walk on the west coast's longest pier! All of these activities are within a 5 minute walk from every condo at North Coast Village perfectly located between Oceanside Harbor and Oceanside Pier.

The city of Oceanside itself is only 35 miles north of San Diego and the airport along with all of it's world class attractions including the zoo, museums, Sea World, Old Town, and Balboa Park. Lego Land is just next door in Carlsbad and Oceanside has it's own attractions including the O Art Museum, the CA Surf Museum, historic Mission San Luis Rey, and a re-development area at the pier, plus harbor shops and restaurants. Shopping and entertainment of all sorts are all within 2-20 minutes by car. Disneyland is just and hour away.

The Condo was awesome. Area is very nice. The office staff that handled our stay were top notch. We usually fly to Fla. to visit relatives over Spring break. But with the economic challenges we drove to Oceanside instead. Good choice. The Condo was beautiful, clean & extremely upgraded with beautiful tile floor & granite counters. Our son loves golf, so the putting green was perfect for him. Our daughter loves to tan. The pool was secluded, large & surrounded by wonderful waterfalls & tropical plants & trees. I have been to exotic resorts in Israel & Turkey & this landscape rated up there. We had many family rounds of ping pong & pool. The hot tub was perfect for soaking after a long day of playing on the beach(which is located a few steps from the Condo). There is a marina about 3 blocks from the Condo with nice shops, cafes, restaurants & rentable kayaks. The sunset made the trip complete. Thanks for a memorable time. A dream trip.
