Mom, 2 children & spouses, 4 grandchildren & spouses and 3 greatgrandchildren had a marvelous weekend together, celebrating her 90th birthday. Other relatives arrived for a party Saturday night and enjoyed the beautiful setting, spacious open feeling of the house and great kitchen counters where they could chat and watch a fabulous meal being prepared. The weekend was perfect and the house too!

Wow, what a great place for a family beach vacation. Nothing between you and the ocean but a small retaining wall. We all enjoyed the large west facing window seat. This condo exceeded our expectations. The layout is spacious and easily accommodated our group of 14. The beautiful kitchen has everything, including a turkey platter and pie plates. Our unit had an easy to clean tile floor. Only minuses - the spa is small and doesn't have a view of the ocean. The condo's location on the beach is such that there is no beach at high tide - in November. Look at the layout carefully to make sure the bed arrangements meet your needs. The management company was easy to work with and there were no surprises.

THIS IS OUR 3RD YEAR OF STAYING ON THE BEACH WITH BEACH FRONT ONLY, AND EVERYONE HAS BEEN DELIGHTFUL. THE GRANDKIDS CALL THE HOUSES GRANDMA BEACH HOUSE AND THEY START TALKING ABOUT NEXT YEAR AS SOON AS WE GET HOME. NEXT YEAR IS ALREADY PLANED FOR THE SAME BUILDING EXCEPT FOR APT NUMBER. IF YOU HAVE ANYONE HANDICAPED AND NEED ALL THE FACILITIES TO TAKE CARE OF THEM 809 PACIFIC AVE. OCEANSIDE ,CA HAS THEM. THE BEACH IS AWSOM FOR WALKING AND SHELL GATHERING. GOD WILLING WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR.

Our family grew up with the San Diego County Beaches. Now that we have older children and grandchildren we enjoy sharing with them the ocean experience. The "boys" love to fish, surf and generally play in the waves. Our grandchildren love to swim and make sandcastles. The condo is beautiful with all the amenities you can imagine. We hope to make the trip at least annually.

This is a great rental for those with large, extended family and friends. The 5 bedroom/4 baths make it more than enjoyable with a place for everyone and privacy as needed. Having everything provided makes it easy to just bring your clothes and move in. The best part is being right on the ocean with immediate access to the beach and wonderful breezes and views. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Even though we were not able to go back in 2008 (hopefully next year), I recommended the property to a friend who rented it in 2008 and booked it again for 2009.

As parents of the bride, we hosted 50 guests at the property for a 4-day stay --deep sea fishing, walks on the beach, great dining nearby, a wonderful beach-front ceremony and then a rooftop reception into the night. It was the most perfect location, most perfect accommodations and helped us create perfect memories to last a lifetime! Thank you so much!

The view was wonderful. We watched the dolphins from the living room. Everything was so clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We cooked Thanksging and had everything we needed. I have talked about our trip to anyone who would listen and told them of our great experience. we will defintley use this property again. Thank you so much for making our trip a success.
