This holiday villa is a two bedroom, two bath, two story loft condo in a tropical paradise-like complex of private condos and sleeps up to six in a comfortable king bed, two twins, and a sleeper sofa in the family room. The full baths havw a separate vanity and a full tub and shower in addition to plenty of closet space for your vacation, extended work, or seasonal stay.
When it's time to come off the beach or rejuvenate after a day at the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Lego Land, or the San Diego Safari Park (formerly the Wild Animal Park), take in a cool drink of lemonade from local Southern California lemons (fresh all fall and winter) on your private balcony. Before heading out for a day of adventure at the San Luis Rey Mission or on a deep sea fishing expedition, enjoy breakfast made from the fully appointed kitchen at the table with ample room for all four of you. There is a convenient grocery store within 2 miles, and a few specialty grocers even closer. Our farmer's market on Thursday mornings and Sunset market in downtown Oceanside on Thursday nights are not to be missed (year round) and the kitchen is appointed so well you'll want to eat in! Oceanside even has it's own renowned Museum of Art and is home to the California Surf Museum.
Our winter visitors will enjoy the easy gas fireplace on chilly evenings and everyone likes the TV's with cable.

Staying at the north coast village was wonderful. The condo was exactly like the pictures with everything in it that one would want. It was also right on the beach. My teenage kids and I had a wonderful time staying at North Coast Village.

This was the 11th year we have spent the month of March at North Coast Village, and it was our fifth straight year at Pelican Place. This lovely two-story unit is perfect for entertaining overnight guests in the separate guest "suite,? which allows family and friends to stay with us and enjoy some privacy. After enduring a harsh winter back in Minnesota, North Coast Village, with all of its amenities and gorgeous grounds, was the perfect place for our annual late-winter get-away. We hated to leave, but we'll be back in March 2012!

The location and comfort of this condo have given us the perfect winter vacation for 6 years. The well-equipped kitchen and separate bedroom and bathroom made it easy to have overnight guests. It's kid-friendly with baby and beach equipment, easy access to the beach, on-site swimming pool plus boardgames in the unit. Sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee, watching surfers and sea life is a favorite, too. Oceanside has the best beach in the county.

This was our first time renting a condo rather than a hotel. Being in the hotel industry, I'm quite familiar with hotels and do greatly enjoy the comforts of home they offer, but this condo was like a hotel on steroids!
Our unit had a beautiful view right off the balconies and the one off the master bedroom was used frequently for breakfast and late night relaxing.
There was no a/C which was a point of concern for me, but sleeping was wonderful with the sliding doors open and within 5 minutes, no matter what time of day we returned to the condo, it cooled quickly with the windows & sliding doors open. The temperatures right near the ocean were moderate and the breezes fantastic.
All the comforts of home were available including full kitchen, pools, hot tubs etc. It was great! We had a small problem with the TV as the directions available were not for that particular setup, but it was handled quickly with a phone call from the owners.
I would definitely recommend this condo unit to anyone wanting an out of the ordinary place to stay with a great location and amenities. We had 3 adults and our 7 year old grandson and never felt crowded or confined and our grandson loved the beach being so close.

We visited C304 for the first time last year and loved it... So we came back this year for the full two weeks. Relaxing and very well located we could not have asked for more. The teenagers loved the new wifi and Melissa and the team at Better Vacation Rentals made the whole renting process a pleasure. We will return again..and again.
