The condo grounds are groomed to perfection. You will love just taking a walk within the secluded areas. There are little streams and ponds everywhere, the feeling is tropical. You can then relax at one of the two swimming pools located on the grounds. The children love the freedom and when they are done, you can go and enjoy the outdoor Jacuzzi (hot tub). In the early evening you can take your walks on the beach and watch the sun sink into the Pacific. The view is spectacular.

We had a great time at the beachhouse. What a way to relax, just laying on a beach. The beach house was very nice and clean and had everything you could possibly need.

We had a wonderful vacation at the Surf and Sail Penthouse at the North Coast Village. The staff was very friendly and the condo was beautifully landscaped. The furnishings were clean and the condo had all the basics you would need for your vacation: full kitchen with everything you need(refrigerator not very cold but adequate), boogey board, camping chair, sand toys.. Once we figured out the layout of the grounds, we found the quickest route to the beach was close enough to walk with gear. The elevator was much appreciated, since this condo is on the third floor. The ocean view master upstairs was very roomy but had steep stairs. Negatives: very low water pressure, bathroom for main living inside 2 queen bedroom.The TV in the living room was a 25" but there were 3 TV's throughout which was great, and the condo has two keys for all gates which created a problem sometimes. The parking is good for one car only, second car has to move every 24 hrs or fined $65.00+, so beware.

Great condo with wonderful amenities right on the beach! Convenient to San Diego, but away from the craziness of the city so we could RELAX!!! Although it was still a little cool, we enjoyed walking the beach and eating outside.

Our condo was lovely with a beautiful ocean view. The downside was being on the 2nd floor, having to haul stuff up & down the steps or to the elevator at the other end of the hall & then finding the ramp for the wheeled carrier. Otherwise, it was perfect!

We had a wonderful time in D-7. We loved the access to the beach, the grass and outdoor patio with BBQ grill. We had a great time and would go back there in a heartbeat! Thank you

We rented E201. Our condo and view was beautiful and very peaceful. The grounds were BEAUTIFUL, lush and immaculate. I felt safe with the gated entries. My children enjoyed the on site beach--perfect for boogie boarding, surfing, and playing. San Diego wasn't really that far, nor were the sights. We are coming back next year! I highly recommend staying at these condos! You will not regret it!

We rented a 2Bed/2Bath condo at the North Coast Village at Oceanside. It was a pretty comfortable place with complete privacy and no disturbance what so ever. It was a beautiful and convenient location as well.

The condo was clean excluding the couch which needs a good cleaning. We couldn't bare to sit on it without placing towels on it first. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definately return.

We had a wonderful time at North Coast Village in Oceanside. We picked up our school friends from Scotland and spent a wonderful week in Oceanside before heading to Palm Springs. The unit was wonderful, the grounds of the resort was beautiful and the view we had was of the beach and also the Marina. We could walk to the restaurants at the marina and also to the beach. I would thoroughly recommend North Coast Village.
