Description of the Oceanside vacation condo rental

EXCELLENT LOCATION IN NORTH COAST VILLAGE! ONLY TWO WEEKS IN JULY LEFT!

A beautiful 1 br, 1 bath sleeps 4 with an Ocean View.
Unit includes 2 televisions, DVD and VCR, (expanded cable with over 900 channels) CD player, high speed
Internet access. Appliances: coffeemaker, microwave, blender, crock pot, George Foreman grill, waffle maker. Full kitchen, bath and shower, fireplace in winter mos.

North Coast Village is a large condo project maintained like a resort. It is located on a beautiful beach. The project is gated with two swimming pools, two jacuzzis, putting green, outdoor showers and bbq area. It is beautifully decorated during the winter holidays.

The beach has great surfing, swimming, volleyball, and nearby fire pits. The grounds have lush landscsape, koi pond and Hawaii-like ponds and streams. There is a fitness room with saunas, and recreation room. There is 24 hour security

Area Information

Oceanside is close to Legoland, sportfishing, Amtrak-close to Del Mar race track and San Diego attractions. Take train to Padres Baseball and Chargers Football games. Premium outlets only 10 minutes away. Seaport village with restaurants next door. Disneyland is only 1 hour away. Come and make a full vacation of your stay. Or just lay

From the time we drove through the gated community we marveled at how well the staff keeps the place clean. The parking garage, halls, laundry room, pool areas were spotless. This condo was very comphy, well furnished, kitchen well stocked for meal prep. Nice deck, fireplace, flat screen TV: with cable and internet. There is a really nice exercise room, pool and hot tub. Laundry room has good washers and dryers. The Ocean and Pier is just a short walk, the restaurant on the pier had a great view and good food. And downtown Oceanside on Thursday night was a blast: Good food, local crafts and good music. All area attractions are easy access, with a great visitor’s center located on the way into town, very helpful. Lego land was a disappointment; we really needed a 7 year old with us. Sea World, Knott’s Berry Farm, and awesome golf courses. I would suggest you take your bikes with the may bike trails.
