Description of the Oceanside vacation condo rental
Beautiful 2BR/2BA Seacliff luxury oceanfront condo with great ocean view - newly constructed February, 2008. This new condo is in a resort-style setting and features a balcony overlooking the ocean and pool/jacuzzi.
The unit includes granite counter tops and bar. A king bed is provided in the master bedroom and a queen in the second. Leather sofa-sleeper provides additional queen accommodations in the spacious living room.
The Master Suite is handicap accessible with a wide 35" walk-in shower and toilet access. Please see the attached floor plan for all actual door opening measurements. Resort is handicap equipped for access to spa, pool and facilities.
Cable television in living room (42" wall mount) and both bedrooms, broadband Internet, WIFI, and phone service with free local calling are all waiting to meet your communication needs.
Cabanas, gas BBQs,and two firepits are on site and provide the opportunity to entertain pool-side or feel free to bike or jog on the adjacent 8-mile biking trail along the scenic San Luis River.
The amenities include a new state-of-the-art on site fitness center with machines and free weights, along with a new clubhouse. This includes a furnished terrace, common areas and a game room including a pool table.
