Description of the Oceanside vacation condo rental
Fabulous Whitewater views and steps to the sand! During your stay in our condo, you will enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean from every point of our unit or gaze at the twinkling harbor lights at night while listening to the serene waterfall in the gardens below. Whether you are enjoying a romantic getaway for two or a family of four, from the moment you step through the door, you will feel like you are on vacation!
Our unit is conveniently located just steps from the sand and is stocked with your home-away-from-home necessities: modern appliances, dishwasher, toaster, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishes/utensils, hair dryer, etc. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and 2 comfortable Queen-sized air mattresses may be set up in the living room or bedroom. The unit includes all of the linens, towels and bedding. For your use at the beach, we have beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, sand toys, and rolling ice chest and beach towels.
If you would rather stay inside, this unit is loaded with modern entertainment: two cable televisions, DVD/CD/VCR player and stereo, family-friendly movies, a telephone (may also be used for local dial-up internet connection) and a gas fireplace.
Please, no smoking or pets. Violation of either condition will result in fines from the Homeowner's Association, as well as the loss of the security deposit.

North Coast Village is a beautiful 12 acre gated, resort style condominium complex with serene waterfalls, streams, a large koi pond, 24-hour security staff and underground parking all located right on the beach. Our unit is accessible by elevator and stairs. It also has 2 large swimming pools, a fitness center with a variety of cardio and strength machines, men’s and women’s saunas, a recreation room with billiards, card and ping pong tables, outdoor showers, BBQ’s, putting green just steps from our unit, and coin-operated laundry rooms in all buildings.
