The water can be seen and heard from every room in the home. The huge private beach and fire ring are yours exclusively to use and enjoy. Two kitchens, one on each level are perfect for beach side BBQs, entertaining. Separate entrances for each level assure privacy while vacationing with extended family or friends. The home is beautiful and fully appointed with everything you will need for an extraordinary beach vacation. Often used for beach weddings and family reunions, this home when rented with its sister home two doors south will be the perfect location for your larger family vacations or LDS events. The entire property is yours and yours alone to use and enjoy. Your privacy and family safety are assured by this home and its location. This is the beachfront vacation home you will want to return to year after year with your kids and grand kids!

This is not a condo so you will have the entire property to yourselves and will not share any common property, private beach or grounds. The home OWNS the beach so you can enjoy your beach and fire ring in complete privacy. This is away from the noisy and congested areas of the strand and the 800 and 900 blocks. There is no public walkway, sidewalk or street between the home and the ocean. There is nothing shared with other renters.

What a great place, view of the beach, cute condo, fire on the beach! Such a nice trip!

This house is absolutely amazing. We needed to relax on the beach and this was just what we wanted. Everything was perfect. The sun set directly in front of us everyday. The beach is private so we were practically alone everyday. I loved cooking breakfast every morning with the ocean as my view. We only ate out once during our week long stay. We didn't need to leave the house. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We will be back next year. Thank you.
