Watch the California sunset from the second floor private balcony or relax in the spa on the lower deck that wraps nearly around the entire house. The deck, balcony, spa and yard are adorned with custom controllable lighting to create any mood. With 2600 square feet of professionally decorated interior you and your family can spread out and relax either in the den to watch a movie on the plasma tv or in the living room where you can enjoy visiting inside but still able to enjoy the pacific ocean views from nearly anywhere in this house.

The Oceanside Harbor is just a mile or so West of this house. The Harbor is home to quaint shops and casual dining such as Joe's Crab Shack and Rockin' Baja Lobster. There are also boat, surfboard, boogie board rentals and some of the best sportfishing trips depart daily from this harbor. A short walk down the beach East is the Oceanside Pier where you can enjoy fishing or dining at Rubys. Legoland is within 5 miles in neighboring town Carlsbad. The world famous San Diego Zoo and Sea World are just 30 minutes away where you can also enjoy historic San Diego's Old Town and the Gas Lamp district. Oceanside is not far from Orange/LA County attractions such as Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Universal Studios and Hollywood.

• Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday, 1 Week Minimum Stay
   
• Lodging Tax: 10%
   
• Deposits: A refundable deposit of $400 is required to hold your reservation. We must receive a personal check, money order or payment by credit card for the deposit within 7 days of initial booking. Once it is received, your dates are officially reserved. The balance of the rental payment is due 30 days prior to check-in. The booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited for non-payment. Upon your arrival, the $400 (refundable) deposit converts to a damage deposit.
   
• Other Fees: Tenants are responsible for property keys and vehicle parking plaques - if lost or damaged deposit will be charged $100 PER ITEM MISSING or DAMAGED.

We had a lovely time in your home. The location and view were second to none. The little extras are what made this home special; toys for the kids, movies, books, CD's, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

We fell in love with the location, the view, the great home-like feeling, and the spaciousness. We would love to rent it again. The kids had a great time between the TV room and the hot tub and the beach. We played cards and sunbathed on the deck, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this fantastic home.

This house is terrific! We rented from No. Coast Village, in the past- this blows those away! Amazing views of ocean from upstairs BR, as well as kitchen and family room. Great for entertaining!! Deck area outside is beautiful. Top of the line grill, furniture & plasma TVs (3x). King-size bed is a select comfort- we were pleasantly surprised! Great TV room (leather furn + huge plasma)and many, many great movies to watch. Owners are very receptive- easy to get in touch with for questions. We would definitely stay here again & again. Wonderful, wonderful home!
