The house has two queen beds and the sofa sleeper makes into another queen. "The kids room" has two trundelbeds that can be four twins.
Walk to all Oceanside has to offer, including the harbor. Farmers market on Thursday morning and Sunset market on Thursday evening all year long.
This house is perfect for one large family or two small families.
Surfers can check out the waves at Oceanside's two main breaks, the North Jetty and the pier, from the amazing deck. Enjoy the sailboats and sportfishers passing by all day long.
If you love the sound of the waves crashing and an unobstructed view of the sandy beach, this is the house for you.

We had a great time at the beach house in Oceanside. The view of the beach and ocean from the deck was amazing---felt like you were right there without the sand on you. There were beds for 8 plus a sofabed in the living room. Beds were comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was provided including beach towels and boogie board. We enjoyed the evenings around the fire pit on the deck. But the best part was hearing the ocean! We will definitely go back.

This is a clean property. Neighbors were quite and friendly. Easy walk to every thing in Oceanside. Freeway access was a breeze. As nice a view of the beach from the LARGE deck as you could have with the bonus of no sand getting tracked in. Would stay here again, in fact I archived the address so I would be able to find it next trip to the area.

This was a very cute house right on the water...I awoke to the sound of the ocean waves every morning. Had coffee on the over sized patio. It was a stair walk to the beach. We saw dolphins and seals swimming by in the mornings. The house was cozy. I used the fire pit every night. we were about 45 minutes from sea world. It's just a great location, not near the rowdy part of the beach it is what I would call residential surrounded by some people who live there all year. It was just what a busy family needed for a weeks vacation...

I spent one week at this wonderful house in Oceanside with my two teenagers and numerous other teenage friends. Wish it could have been longer! This is a perfect location - this part of Oceanside has easy beach access & surfing spots right out front. The house is within walking distance to both Harbor Village & the Pier, where there is lots for everyone to do (rent kayaks, bikes, shops, restaurants). The house is open & spacious & we never felt cramped even when several friends were visiting. Some of our friends want to rent it for their own families! This house has gorgeous views from a large living room, master bedroom, & kitchen. It has an amazingly huge deck for sunning, dining outside, hanging out, & playing games (and feeding the cute little squirrel that we nicknamed Chompers!) The bedrooms to sleep 8 people comfortably, & two others can sleep on the fold-out couch. This is the best beach house we have ever rented & our family is definitely going back next year!!

Awesome beach house vacation experience! The rental was as discribed and shown on the website. We had a very relaxing week which is exactly what we were looking for. Can't wait to go again next year. The only negative was the shower plumbing, but the owner said that they planned on doing some repairs.
