Description of the Oceanside vacation home rental
We have a very unique home. It is actually two homes in one. The front of the home is a 3
bedroom (1King, 1 Queen, bunk beds and 1 Twin in the “Kid’sRoom”) with 2 full baths. The
large living room has cable TV/VCR/DVD, dining room, large kitchen and front yard. This part of
the home by itself rents for **$1,500 per week Summer,($270/night) **$1,000 per week Winter,($200/night)**$2,200 per month long term Winter (30days or more).
Then when you go thru a lockable kitchen door you step right into another full kitchen, living room (fireplace and daybed), dining area, upstairs loft den with cable TV/DVD/Dial-up Internet, 2 bedrooms (1 King and 2 Twin) and a full bath. This part has the back yard with patio, table chairs and umbrella and a new 4 burner stainless steel BBQ. This back part of the home rents for **$1,300 per week Summer,($235/night) ** $800 per week Winter, ($150/night)**$1,800 per month Long Term Winter.
If you want to rent the entire house (5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 full kitchens) for a large family gathering, reunion, club meeting, wedding, etc the whole house rents for $2,800 per week Summer,($500/night) **$1,800 per week Winter, ($350/night)**$3,300 per month Long Term Winter.
Both kitchens are fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals including utensils, cooking equipment, coffee, sugar, spices, microwaves, coffeepots, toasters, etc. Bed and bath linens are also provided. Beach towels, chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc are also here. We also have a high-chair, “port-a-crib”, stroller, 2 car seats, and 2 booster seats available.
The home is beautifully decorated in the traditional style with blues, greens, reds and browns. This home is large to accommodate a wedding party, reunion, or church group. A quiet beach getaway.
Area Description
The home is located in a quiet, small beach town neighborhood surrounded by local markets, cafes and shops. The sand is a short walk 2 blocks away. I-5 and Fwy 78 are literally 5 minutes drive from the house. Legoland is 13 minutes away. Oceanside is located between San Diego and Los Angeles so you have easy access to all the amusements in both cities using the I-5 freeway.
We 2 miles from the pier and 3 miles from the Harbor where so many activities can be found. Oceanside is a small beach town with lots of restaurants and shops in our downtown area. We also have 3.5 miles of wide sandy beaches.
