Tower 1 is located directly at south of pier & Tower 2 sites approx 300 ft south of the Tower 1 .

extended family together again

My brothers and I with our families and our mother have vacationed together for several years now. Every year we think it may be the last year we can make it happen, but I'm glad to say that we recently completed another week all together. We wanted to go somewhere new as we usually have just rotated among our homes, and it was decided that a beach home would be ideal. It was difficult to find a place that would accommodate 14 people which was not too extravagant. This place fit our needs and wants well. It had a large living area where we could all be together at meals and yet had a rooftop, balconies, and bedrooms if we needed some time away from the whole group. It was also great to be close to the beach. When the tide allowed, we had a sand beach just around the corner. Other public beaches were nearby. The house had been nicely set up for us, and we immediately felt right at home. We spent some time on the beach every day and also made a couple of day trips to San Diego and surrounding places. There is a lot to do in the area. Among our favorite things were the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Birch Aquarium, and the San Luis Mission. The only negatives were that we had to buy a few things (tp, dishwasher and laundry soap, and coffee filters) which ran out during our stay. Parking was also a concern, but most families would not have four cars to contend with. Being from the Midwest, I found the rental price to be a bit high, but it did seem comparable to others there. All in all, we had a wonderful week--just wish we'd been able to stay a few more days!

Wonderful Vacation Home

My family recently enjoyed this beautiful beach home for a week and we didn't want to leave! It was just wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of the surf and the view from the rooftop deck was amazing! The short walk to the beach was easy using the wagon in the garage filled with chairs, boogie boards and beach toys! We hope to come back again soon!
