The 3 bedrooms/2 bath set-up offers flexible accommodations. Bedroom one features a comfortable pillow-top mattress double bed, closet, television, and vanity. Bedroom two features a double size futon, a pull out single bed, closet, and desk/vanity. The office doubles as a bedroom with a pull-out couch, closet/dresser, and attached bathroom. The living room / dining room features a 46" blu-ray television, piano, and large, comfortable couch. The couch offers an additional piece which, when added on, allows for 4-5 people to sleep comfortably. This option is great for families with kids who want to sleep together or stay up late watching movies. The house features oak wood floors and unique pieces of art from around the world. The house is sunny and well-ventilated, so it stays cool in the summer without the need for air conditioning.

South Oceanside is only a short walk or ride on the beach cruisers from the beach, markets, restaurants, bars, street fairs, farmers markets, and shopping. It is within a couple miles of movie theaters and the Oceanside harbor. Located just west of the I-5 and I-78 merge, it is a quick drive from golfing, hiking, mountain-biking, Legoland, and the Del Mar race track, and within an hour drive to Zoo/Wild Animal Park, Disneyland, Sea World, and Temecula wineries.
