PERFECT FAMILY VACATION VILLA, March 2, 2008

This was the perfect place for our family to stay! 4 bedroom, 4 bathrooms made it perfect to have the ten family members we had stay with us. There was not a thing missing. We could cook to our hearts content. Every item was of luxury quality, we felt like we were at home, away from home. The only thing that could have made it better is if we could have stayed up 24 hours a day to enjoy everything. We enjoyed the hot tub, and being on the ocean level. We collected many rocks and shells to bring home as souvenirs. The villa is also very close to the major freeway, which made it easy to get around.

Wonderful Location and as advertised. Beautiful condo within walking distance of the Strand in Oceanside. It was well kept and furnished. We also enjoyed the garage parking. This was our second rental from "Beach Front Only" and we would obviously use them again.

We weren't quite sure what we were going to do last summer and decided at the last minute that we would like to stay in an oceanfront house. We searched the net 2 weeks before our vacation started and were lucky enough to find that 813B was available. We could not believe our good luck. The place was immaculate and we were greeted by 4 to 5 foot surf right in front of the house. Awesome!! In the water everyday at 7am for a morning session, play with the kids in the middle of the day, back out for another session before dusk. Smores after a bbq tri-tip, chicken, or burgers; family board game or Guesstures before bed and then off to one of the 4 suites for a great nights sleep. This place had it all. Can't say enough good things about it.

Three generations of our family (ages ranged from 2 - 63) spent a week in June at 813B in Oceanside. The property was immaculate - and was supplied with every item we needed. There was a small problem with the frig - and the maintainance men were courteous and prompt when looking into the problem. We were all very satisfied with almost every aspect of the property - only the access to the beach left a little to be desired. We would certainly rent this property again (and we have - for 2009!!)Every contact with Beachfront Only - from the first call to one made after our stay was completed was courteous and friendly - this was a wonderful experience all around!!

We were impressed with the overall condition of the unit it was larger than expected and housed are large group comfortably. The upstairs unit was VERY VERY loud and that was one thing we didn't really enjoy. Also, the tide was much higher than expected which forced us to walk aways to get to any beach but the boarding conditions are just what we hoped for. We really loved having access to two washer and dryers and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. We would love to look at some of your larger homes for next year.
