Ocean view from main deck and living room

$83/night - Stay 3 week nights for $250

Stay 2 week nights through December ( sunday- thursday) and 3rd week night is free ( $250 total). All stays plus cleaning fee($45) and 1% state lodging tax. Not including Christmas break.

Description of the Oceanside vacation home rental

Lovely 1930's knotty pine ocean view cabin right in the heart of Oceanside. Hear the ocean roar in this very comfortable 800 square foot cabin in front of the wood fireplace.
Only a few minutes walk to the beach, this cabin comes with a fully supplied kitchen, large Knotty Pine living room with vaulted ceiling, and comes with a stereo with CD player and Ipod hookup, and phone.
32" flat screen HDTV with satellite dish and DVD player to relax during those blustery days.
Large deck has a wonderful partial ocean view, a great view of Cape Lookout and a peak view of the Arch Capes. Kids are very welcome here with games, legos, toys and beach toys. We have a burley trailer that has been used to cart the smaller kids down to the beach. It is great for a family and sleeps up to 6 people.

Master bedroom has a very comfortable queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a double sized bunk bed.
Unique tree-deck in a Sitka spruce tree with a unobstructed ocean view (use is at renter's risk).
Your well behaved pets are welcome with a small fee. No smoking.
There is parking space available for 2 vehicles along the street of the cabin.
There are several full time residential households directly adjacent, so we ask renters to please be considerate with the level of noise.
2 night min stay, $100 Sunday through Thursday nights Sept 15th through May 23, 2008 ( except holidays and spring break). $130 weekend nights Sept 15th- May 23rd (except spring break). $150/night Holiday weekends, spring break and May 24th thru Sept 15th.

Oceanside is a picturesque coastal community located about 80 miles west of Portland. The beautiful coastline here is dotted with giant rocks off-shore that are home to sea lions and sea birds. There are tidal pools everywhere with seals, herons and pelicans. Nearby is Three Arch Rocks National Wildlife Refuge, which is home to large sea bird colonies, as well as a colony of sea lions. Also located nearby are Cape Meares and Cape Lookout State Parks. Recreational opportunities in the area include fishing, crabbing, clamming, hang gliding, paragliding, hiking, biking and beachcombing. You’ll also enjoy the shopping and restaurants in the area.
Local points of interest: Tillamook Cheese Factory, golf, Three Capes Scenic Loop, Lighthouse, Tillamook Naval Air Museum, Tillamook Historical Museum and much more.

• Required Stay: 2 day minimum off season, 3 day minimum holidays and June 1-Sept 15th with preference given to weekly rentals during peak times
   
• Lodging Tax: 1%
   
• Deposits: 50% deposit with full payment within 45 days. Cancellation policy is full refund minus 1 nights rental if more than 45 days from booking date. If within 45 days, full refund minus 1 nights rental if we are able to rebook entire stay.
   
• Other Fees: $25 non-refundable pet fee per pet, per stay. (When pets stay, we expect that they are trained to stay off of the furniture and beds.) $45 cleaning fee

We were very pleased with the knotty pine cabin. It is a roomy, comfortable retreat. The tree house is a bonus!! The cabin is well appointed and so very comfortable. The four of us enjoyed our stay immensely. We hope to return again very soon.

We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin! The views are amazing and the cabin is cozy and welcoming. The cabin is close to the beach, as well as Cape Meares and other fabulous outdoors activities. The cabin is well situated as it allowed us to hiked in the mornings and take walks on the beach in the evenings. It was a wonderful vacation and we hope to be back soon.

...we're staying here! House is nicely stocked, comfortable amenities, beautiful view from the living room. We enjoyed almost all our meals out on the open deck with an expansive view. We had a really great time at your cabin. It was quiet with a very decent ocean view. We felt really at home there as it was comfortable and clean and no odors! From the moment you walk through the doors you realize that you are in a special place. In a short time you can feel the cares of the world just drift away as you relax in front of the fireplace and watch the waves from the comfort of a big overstuffed chair. We really enjoyed how quaint, yet how comfortably appointed the cabin is. It really has the feeling of the old Oregon Coast but with all the modern amenities. A real gem and a real find.
