Description of the Oceanside vacation home rental

Seascape is perched right above the ocean with unobstructed views from every room! A wall of windows from floor to ceiling on the top two floors...

Contemporary beach home is a cozy retreat for Six up to eight people. A relaxing getaway where you can enjoy the ocean without ever leaving the house!

When you decide to do a little beachcoming, the walk down to the beach is a gentle walk to the beach access. In just a couple of minutes you are on the sand! And check out the pass-thru at the base of Maxwell Mountain that takes you to Lost Boy Beach. This is a great "hidden" beach to discover and find agates!

Upper Level:
The Entire top floor is the Master Bdrm Suite. A gas fireplace to enjoy in the evenings or when the ocean breezes are blowing~ And the ocean is just outside your windows, you can see it from the bed...

Main level:
Open contemporary Kitchen with breakfast bar. French doors are in dining area with cozy seating for four. Living area with a futon for seating or additional sleeping space.

Just off the living area is the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunsets while taking in the amazing ocean just below.

Lower level:
Two more bedrooms: one with a Queen Bed and the other with a set of twins, and full bath for the two to share.

Perfect for a relaxing weekend!

We spent two nights here and were very comfortable. The house has the most incredible views, and is well laid out with lots and lots of space. Highly recommend for families, or a group - we'd happily book it again!

Breathe Taking View

We stayed at the Seascape for a staff retreat over two days. It was a wonderful place to hold our meeting at. We loved the view! The only thing that we were missing was hot water. I know that they are fixing this for the next vacationers. We will definitely go back.

A Magical Place

We stayed at the "Beach Treasure" for six days. The views of the beach and ocean and the Three Arches, from the deck were breathtaking. The houser is supplied and provisioned beyond our expectations. Anew sea food restaurant is directly across from the house and the coffee shop is just down the road. But the main attractions are the visual splendor of the ocean and the sound of the waves crashing on to the beach. Our entire family enjoyed the experience.
