• Required Stay: Minimum 3 night stay
   
• Deposits: A deposit must be paid to confirm reservation that are made more than 3 months in advance. All other reservations/bookings require payment in full. The amount of this deposit is 30% of the total rental amount. This deposit is due within 48 hours of booking to confirm and guarantee your reservation. Failure to make this payment subjects your reservation to cancellation. For holiday periods (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter) we may require a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount.
   
• Other Fees: Private round trip pick up from Montego Bay airport is optionally available for: $155.00 (USD). You can also hire the driver for all your local transportation needs. Tour bus Service is also available and can be booked at the Airport upon your arrival. You can use JUTA or Tropical Tours. The cost is: $50.00 (USD) per person per round trip
