Built, landscaped and furnished to exacting demands of most well traveled visitors with the very best of accommodations on the North coast of Jamaica. The property is perfectly suited for those who demands the fineries of a luxury hotel but desire the privacy and exclusivity offered by a villa rental.
The facilities includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, entertainment room/ private bar, library/office, beautifully landscaped garden with flowering shrubs and tropical trees.. Its also has a fresh water pool that features a pool side deck with a stunning Ocean View, perfect for a sunrise breakfast or a candle lit dinner. Free internet access wireless and US and UK calls.
The vacation villa is located in a gated community and its residents area has its own private beach just a short walk away.

The town of Ocho Rios is just a 10 minute ride. ocho rios has all the restaurants, night clubs, local shops, etc that any one could ever want. Public beaches are even closer, just a five minute trip.
We provide a comprehensive transportation system allowing our guests to book licensed driver with van by a weekly or daily basis. *The driver can also meet and greet clients at the airport where they are transported to the villa.
To confirm your booking we require 30% deposit, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. On your request to confirm your booking I will forward an email with agreement, schedule of payments and PayPal request for the deposit.
Security deposit is require: 10% of rental, refund 14 days after departure, if no damage is done to the property
Monthly payment plans can also be arranged.

Impeccable Service, July 24, 2007 I would like to thank Cavel, Millicent and Lindo for the excellent service they provided. They did a magnificent job making us feel at home and comfortable. Over the years we have stayed at several hotels or villa’s and had a great time. However, Ocean View staff has given us a truly higher level of Personalize Service, magnificent accommodation a true value for our money. It was worth it- we can’t wait to go again. We have already started recommending it to others.
We were particularly impressed with the following:
1: On our arrival we were very impressed with the cool drinks that awaits us in the van, such a difference from the other villas .
2: Upon arrival at the villa Millicent and Lindo greeted us, Lindo took our suitcase to our rooms while Millicent shown us around. We were provided with a variety of complimentary cold drinks on arrival, the selection were Rum punch/ Red Strip Beer, bottle water and soda, chips, juice and ice cream for children.
3: Complimentary arrival dinner and breakfast ( was perfect, we did not have to worry about going out once we had arrive)
4: The rooms were cleaned daily to perfection, the beds are comfortably and the food was absolutely delicious.
5: Staff are polite courteous and the service is second to none not to mention the meals. Millicent is extremely committed ensuring all our needs are met.
6. The villa had guide of all tourist attraction and the staff provided us with tips of places to visit.
7. There are many things one can do around the villa, from family games, to Xbox for the kids, Various Movies, cable TV with over 300 channels. Recreation room bar where can purchase a cold beer. The pristine pool area and the elevated deck are perfect to relax on.
8: The lawn is immaculately kept and the garden and flowers are beautiful to look at.
9: The location is great to enjoy the activities in Ocho Rios and to retreat to some peace and quite in the evenings.
10: You don’t get under each other feet, there are plenty of space to have your alone time if you need one.
This was the most relaxing unstressful vacation I have ever had. The beaches near by were amazing. As we depart from the villa to go to the airport, we were greeted by the staff , waiving goodbye to us as we drove away.....something that Family would normally do..... You will not be disappointed with your stay at this wonderful place..

We spent a wonderful week at Ocean View Villa . We were a relatively large group(14) and the house fit us very comfortably. Millicent and Lindo made us feel completely welcome and went out of their way to help us out during our stay. The rooms were all very clean with comfortable beds, clean linens, own private bathrooms and an amazing view of the ocean. I am extremely particular about cleanliness and it met my expectations. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to cook a nice meal and huge dinning room to enjoy. We spent many fun hours by the pool, in the family room, the recreation room and even on the beautiful front porch! My favorite part of the house was the elevated deck and back porch, where we could all eat, drink together with the beautiful views of the water as a backdrop. Though there were days that we were quite happy to spend the entire day enjoying the house, the location was such that we were still able to travel quite a bit around the island. We felt completely at Home , We would really recommend Ocean View to anyone looking to vacation in the Ocho Rios area. " and will be returning again soon.

My friend and I stated at Ocean View Villa for 10 days in May.
The response to our initial inquiry was amazingly fast. The owner (Cavel) was equally quick in responding to our tons of followup questions. She set the tone for the WORLD CLASS SERVICE WE ENJOYED AT THE VILLA.
As a group we visit Jamaica twice per year and stayed in villas, small and large hotels over the years l can truly say Ocean View is comparable to the big name and more expensive places one can stay in Jamaica.
The staff were professional, The villa is spacious,gracefully decorated, clean, beds are comfortable and the pictures are a true reflection of the the villa.
There are many places to relax, such as, the deck with stunning view, the terrace, balconies,garden and the entertainment room. We enjoyed both the inside, outside of this beautiful home and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for Luxury, with quality service, at an affordable price.
I want to thank Millie, Lindo, Heather or host and Mr. Rose our driver for been so helpful and kind to us.

Villa was excellent, superbly clean and had everything we could want and most importantly it comfortably accommodated for my family. We thoroughly enjoyed the Villa particularly the pools, the View the staff made us feel welcome.
I loved the terrace, it was so relaxing to just sit and relax night or day.
This was second time staying at this villa and our stay was perfect, Millicent cooked great meal, there are many local restaurants to choose from, the villa has a private bar where we could purchase beers and wine (not a large selection of wine) and the supermarkets were close.
As wth our vist last year the owner provided us with an excellent customer service and Millicent and Cleve closed the deal with impeccable accommodation and host. The villa has improved a lot since our visit last year, they added a deck with spectacular view of the Ocean, complete manicure lawn and a swimming pool. I would not hesitation in highly recommending this villa.

We just returned from a 6 night 7 days stay at this incredible Villa. We had such a wonderful time that we didn't want to leave! For the price of the villa compared to what you pay at the all inclusives you can't miss. The Villa has an amazing view of the glorious sea, with loads of space, peaceful and relaxing ( there are plenty of space to relax in). The balcony/porch are huge and we had more meals on it than anywhere else.The deck by the pool is the one of the many places to lounge and have a bear after the beach or dinner . Millicent is first class, the food was delicious and we ate in most nights only venturing out for a couple of times during our stay! Millicent will take you to HiLo (grocery store) and you can get stocked with supplies, she is a great host .
We would like to thank everybody for a wonderful time and wish we were back there now!!!

I hope you are doing well. I just wanted to inform you that we had an absolutely wonderful stay at your Villa. Millie and Lyndon could not have been more helpful..
My family enjoyed themselves fully and were made to feel welcome and comfortable and right at home. Once we got the hang of the buying the food to cook (wished we had done that from the start ) we couldn't get enough of Millie's cooking.
We could not fault the Villa.

We had such a good time in Jamaica and at the villa. This was the first time many of my family members were able to experience an international setting and they truly enjoyed it!
Another plus was the the BEER option available at the house. My brothers and others were excited that this option was available to them at their fingers.
Milliicent was GREAT! Millicent made the trip GREAT for my mom! They were able to collectively use the kitchen to prepare both Jamaican and American cuisines that were pleasing to everyone. Millicent kept the house in
order and was very accommodating to ALL of our needs.
Tony - He was very good . He made sure that the house and the family
were secure. He was also very nice as well. I appreciate that you supplied someone to make non-locals feel secure.
