Newly renovated (09) Ogunquit condo with amazing view of marsh and Footbridge Beach. Wake up in this 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo on your private deck with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise. Park your car and forget it, Footbridge Beach is a 10 minute walk, Trolley stop is across the street and the center is within 1 mile. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 4. Private in ground pool for condo guests.
Off season rates now in effect. Enjoy some time away without the crowds to renew and refresh yourself.

We LOVE pets, but due to condo bylaws they are not permitted.

Roseway by the Sea #275038 was the Rental

Lovely -- so comfortable and the view..... We never went out to dinner. From bathing suits to pjs and sweats. Dined in/out on the patio by the ocean every night -- grilled meats, fish and veggies!!! The lull of the ocean waves and the star lit sky was amazing. Thank you Mary for sharing Roseway with us.

Wonderful

Just spent the past week basking in the sun and lovely waters of Ogunquit Beach 61low63high. Spotless accomadations with much bigger than expected deck with even better views of marsh and ocean than pictures imply. 11min walk to footbridge and 1min walk to Postroad Tavern(best beer selection in the area, more of a locals place but awesome). Well appointed/eqipped condo, did most of cooking there. Can't beat it for price and all around comfort level. 8th year staying Otown and this is one of the more pleasant experiences. Thanks Jimi!

Wonderful Place!!!

We stayed there for 2 weeks, the house is so perfectly furnished. The bathroom is really stylish!! Everything is new. FootBridge Beach is really 10 minutes walk and from the porch I watched the most beautiful sunrise of my life! I really recommend it!
