2 private-entrance high-vaulted ceiling and spacious bedroom suites with private hot water tiled bathrooms. Fully-equiped Captain's kitchen with direct access to the terrace for your culinary needs decorated with taste. 35ft.X 24ft. high-vaulted ceiling, terracotta terrace with comfortable living and dining area with direct view of magnificent rainforest mountains and curved Roman style steps leading into the 30ft. X 13ft pool.

Palm Beach style ceiling fans cool the Malayasian-furnished terrace enhanced by designer lighting for an intimate evening atmosphere. Ceiling fans in each bedroom suite, Queen size beds and screened doors for night-time comfort.

Area Description

Situated on Calle Papagayo(Road), only 2 minutes by car from the newly paved Costanera Sur highway which hugs the Pacific coastline and offers breath-taking ocean views. Only 5 minutes from the first of many beautiful beaches.( Playa Tortuga, Playa Ventanas, Playa Pinuelas, National Marine Park Ballena, Playa Uvita, Playa Dominical....) Yes, we timed it again and again!

Excellent international restos in proximity each with a convivial and original atmosphere, local supermarket, excellent wine and liquor store, authentic French baker. Vacation activity tours such as sea kayaking, fishing, mangroves sightseeing by boat, snorkeling, scuba diving and horseback riding on jungle mountain trails.

We rented this villa with another couple and had a fabulous vacation. The house is set on an exquisitely landscaped and private lot. Every amenity was provided - right down to the very comfy beds! Ojochal has wonderful restaurants (don't miss Exotica!) and our favorite beach Play Uvita is only 15 minute drive away. Thank you Dar Dar and Giselle. We'll be back next summer and someday forever.

We stayed here on our honeymoon and it is such a fantastic villa! The setting is beautiful and as they say in Costa Rica "muy tranquilo". The house is awesome and has everything you could possibly need. We loved the open air style of it. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the rainforest.

Villa BaliKaya is undoubtedly an execellent vacation home rental offering privacy and comfort. The open-air design of the spacious terace is really a tropical feeling. All rooms are spacious and airy making one feel in comfort. The property is well-landscaped and I love the Lipstick palm trees. I was inspired to buy a lot and build in the very near future!
