Description of the Old Forge vacation home rental

Sitting on Lawrence Point, Fourth Lake in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains is Adirondack Winslows'. These are 3 private homes and are rented by the Season or Weekly in Winter. Weekly in Summer, and Weekends or Weekly during Spring and Fall.
Swimming, Boating and Fishing are only a walk across the lawn, onto your dock. You will appreciate large grass Lawns that accommodate the majority of your favorite outdoor activities.
Camp Lawrence, Lakes Edge and Hilltop Lodge offer a great destination for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy nature as you prepare your savory meals on the outdoor grill, enjoy the view & food from the picnic tables or porches, or just kickback and share stories under the stars by your campfire. Discover the Wild Adventures that are at your front door in the Central Adirondacks.
Snowmobiling & Skiing during the Winter.
Hilltop Lodge & Lakes Edge are available for the Winter Season and are located just off Town of Webb Trail 5,four miles from Inlet, NY and only two miles south of Eagle Bay, NY.
Golf Foursomes and groups can Stay&Play, enjoy Challenging Golf at three 18-hole golf courses (Inlet, Thendara & Woodgate Pines).

We are located in an area where there are many great restaurants. You can eat every meal out. We suggest you try the Steak House in Old Forge, owned and operated by the Winslow Family. You just can beat the best meals in the area at any of the fine restaurants.

The Rivett's Marine Service, marina located on the pond in Old Forge NY is also operated by the family owned by Diane Winslow and Chris Gaige. They rent all types of boats and party barges for your boating pleasure. Visit the Old Forge link to see their site so as to reserve your boat for your vacation.

There are 2 playgrounds close by one in Inlet and 2 in Old Forge, 2 public beaches Old Forge and Inlet and 2 great golf cources. If you like hiking pack a lunch and go up the driveway to the main trail that connects you to the miles of sites along the north shore of Rt. 28, Bald Mountain, Black Bear Mountain, Bub * Sis Lakes and Moss Lake. Then a short drive in any direction can take you into state lands for more hikes into favorite getaways.

Most All hobbies and sports are addressed in the area. Private guides are a call away at Friskey Otter and Adirondack Exposure. The have sites that can be seen on the Inlet and Old Forge web links.

Had a wonderful time. Beautiful views of Fourth Lake from the Living room window. Watched the moon come up over 4th Lake while sipping wine with my friend. The house is a comfortable ranch home with big windows facing the Lake. It has a lovely kitchen dining livingroom area and cozy bedrooms. I could not have been happier. There is a great firepit by the lake. Steps built into to breakwall to walk into the lake by the dock. The water was even warm enough to swim.
