beach rental in Old Lyme, CT

Step out the backdoor and into the sand at our beach cottage in Old Lyme, CT.

We have our own private beach area before you get to the beach area that is private to the Beach Association only, and then the ocean.

It has four bedrooms that sleep two people, and one bedroom that can sleep three people.

There is one bathroom, it is on the bottom floor, and has a toilet and a sink. The shower is built in the attached garage. Sounds funky, but works out just fine.

There is parking for 3 cars. That parking is on the street in front of the house (2 spaces) and in the side alley between the houses (1 space). The garage is used for the shower and for storage purposes.

The kitchen comes with basic appliances and kitchen tools. You will need to provide your own bedding and towels.

We have a rental agreement that gives further details, which would need to be signed and returned within 2 weeks of booking and include your 50% deposit. The balance is due one month before your check in date.

We do rent in June and September as well so please contact us to check specific weeks and pricing. Check in is on Sunday at 2:00, check out is the following Sunday by noon time.

Beach town feel. There is a boardwalk-type area just a 5 minute walk away that kids enjoy with a carousel, gift shops and ice cream. Mohegan Sun, Mystic and New London are all within 30-40 minutes away. Many great restaurants in surrounding towns.
