Enter Old Mastic through the secure gate, follow the charming country road as it winds and turns towards your personal retreat.

As you come upon the cottage, you smell the sweet scent of lilac in the springtime. You see flowers, the greenest leaves, and finally panoramic views of the Great South Bay. Beautiful birds and waterfowl are in abundance.

The cedar shingled cottage is hardly seen from the water allowing for tremendous privacy for a waterfront home. The views from the house are both forest and water. As you walk around the house, you come to the screened porch overlooking the bird bath and the beach with fire island in the distance. Sit here, listen to the faint song of the wind chimes and relax at last. Walk around to the terrace which overlooks the beach and the dock (room for 2 boats, drawing up to 3 feet).

This property best serves those looking for a destination.

Both Smith Point Park and The Links golf are a short drive away. Within 20 minutes are a number of excellent restaurants and interesting things to explore. A walk through Bellport Village makes for a nice afternoon excursion.
