$1,200 Weekly + Security Deposit
We also have selected weeks open where you can rent nightly for $175/night with a 3 night minimum. Please call or email to check availability.

There are two separate houses:
40 & 42 East Grand Ave., Old Orchard Beach

Each house is divided up into two units (1st floor, and 2nd floor).There is a front and a back house on 40 and 42. At 40 East Grand, 40A is the first floor in thefront house, and 40B is the second floor. 40D is the second floor in the back house. At 42 East Grand, 42A is first floor in the front house, and 42B is the second floor. 42C is the first floor in the back house, and 42D is the second floor. If you want, you can rent both floors, 40A and 40B or 42A and 42B, together for double the space!

we add a very good stay. Near the beach at a walking distance made the difference. In front of cottage there is few resto and store. Kids walk to the Per at evening time without fear. Only the train passing by at night and blowing is horn made us jump in our bed. For me it was a good 5 star.

MY FAMILY HAD A GREAT TIME!! EVERYTHING WAS IN WALKING DISTANCE. THE BEACH WAS JUST SECONDS AWAY!! THE ONLY THING THAT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER WAS THE AC. OTHERWISE IT WAS GREAT. WE HAD CLEAN TOWELS EVERY DAY, JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING WE NEEDED WAS ALREADY THERE.
