This ground floor, 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is available for a short term rental from September through May. This space sleeps 4 people, with 2 twin beds, 1 queen and a pull out sofa bed. It's fully furnished, with a private deck, brand new gas grill, air conditioning, parking, washer/dryer, coffee maker, kitchen supplies and more. It's located 1 1/2 blocks from the ocean, and the amenities include a private gym, pool, sauna and tennis courts. The condo location is about a half mile to the famous Old Orchard Beach pier and amusements, and about 15 minutes North to the Portland area and 25 minutes to Kennebunkport and other points South. No Pets allowed. NO Smoking.
Included in rental: cable and local telephone service, free parking for 2 cars, use of sauna, pool, exercise room, and tennis courts.
Tenant responsible for: heat and electricity
A $900 security deposit (to be returned via mail after your stay).
Live close enough to Portland with out the traffic and noise.
