This is a small "family oriented" condo complex with only 8 condo units. Two bedroom end-unit 1st floor condo just steps to the beautiful beach in Old Orchard, only about 100’. Ocean Views from living room & patio. Cable TV, air conditioner; dishwasher, bath with shower/tub combo; Patio, outside shower & on premises. Coin-op washer/dryer in room across parking lot. BED SETUP: Master has a full bed; 2nd b/r has two full beds, full futon in small living room for OVERNIGHT guest. Comfortably sleeps 6. Parking limited to 2 cars only in parking lot, marked #102. Located within a short walking distance to the pier. $1,300/wk.

Cozy Cottage Feel

This was a clean and comfortable place for our family of 4, with room for one extra guest. So close to the beach that we made several trips each day. A short walk to the Pier, but far enough away that it was quiet in the evening. I enjoyed coffee every morning on the patio watching and listening to the ocean waves. A great location for the price!
