Beautiful 3 unit summer vacation paradise and only one house back from the beach (90'). Each Unit has a kitchen, full bath, and is modern & roomy.
Actual address is: 23 Puffin Street Old Orchard Beach, Maine ( Aprox. 1/2 mile from pier area )House is only 15 minutes from Kennebunkport and Portland downtown, 1/2 hour from Freeport. In the Fall just pick any direction to drive and see Maine's brilliant foliage! For the Winter you can't find more holiday spirit than visiting Kennebunkport or downtown Portland.

All 3 Units can be Available for large family vacation.

"Lighthouse" Top unit.... Awesome ocean views, two new bedrooms(one with queen & one with full & two twins), and queen sleep sofa sleeps 8. Has best views and outside deck. Master bedroom has a glass door to the outside deck.

"Sea View" Middle unit....Roomy with ocean views, two bedrooms (one queen, one full, two twins), day bed with trundle, sleeps 8. Also large outside deck.

"Snugglers Cove" Bottom unit, cozy atmospere, two bedrooms, (two full, three twins), outside patio area, sleeps 7.

This unique property can be rented as three completely separate units or combined into one huge family get away. Property has been totally renovated inside and out and is gorgeous. Hardwood floors on every level, plenty of new glass, all new appliances, fully stocked with cookware in kitchens. Beach house is last on a dead end street with little to no traffic and very quiet. Each unit is allowed TWO parking spaces.

All units are completely furnished, including wireless internet, coffee maker, microwave, cookware, BBQ grill, TV/DVD/VCR/cable, bed linens must be arranged at time of reservation if desired. Two units have large outside decks with the lower unit having a nice outside sitting area. On site coin-op washer and dryer.

2009 PEAK WEEKS: June 27 through August 29.
Lighthouse ..... PEAK $2,400/week .. OFF PEAK $1.200.
Sea View ....... PEAK $2,000/week .. OFF PEAK $1.000.
Snugglers Cove .. PEAK $1,500/week .. OFF PEAK $750.
Plus 7% Maine Lodging Tax. Bring your own bed linen or +$100 per unit. A $300 per unit security deposit may be required. (returned in 10 days) A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm reservation.
Final balance and security deposit due 30 DAYS PRIOR to arrival.
