Description of the Old Orchard Beach vacation home rental
Nice cozy 3 bedroom summer vacation paradise and only 120' from the beach. This Beach House has a kitchen, full bath, 3 bedrooms with Full Sixe beds, with a very relaxing outside deck to enjoy the summer sun.
Actual address is: 4 Graham Street Old Orchard Beach, Maine ( Aprox. 1/2 mile from pier area )House is only 20 minutes from Kennebunkport and Portland downtown, 1/2 hour from Freeport. There is a nice private yard for the kids to enjoy and room for your pet.
This Beach House still has some prime summer weeks available for $2000 + 7% Maine Rooming Tax. Some early summer (June) and fall weeks (September) are available for $1100 + 7% Maine Rooming Tax.
The interior of this Beach House is very comfortable with pine wood finish. There are 3 parking spaces available.
This Beach House is completely furnished, including coffee maker, microwave, cookware, dishes, grill, washer, dryer, & TV/cable. Bring your Linen or they can be privided for an additional cost at the time of reservation if desired.
2013 PEAK SUMMER WEEKS: June 30 through August 25th $2000 + 7% Maine Rooming Tax. 1.
2013 SPRING & FALL WEEKS: June & September $1000 + 7% Maine Rooming Tax
Pets allowed with $100 pet fee.

Very nice house, very clean, in great location

It's the best of both world for people who have kids: you're next to the shops, the zoo and the park, but you're also at a waling distance from Short and Long Sand beach. The house is clean and nice. There is a very useful outdoor shower. Only negative is the the street is very busy and cars make noise until midnight. No A\C, so windows need to be opened.

We are 3 retired friends who travel often together through the world. We decided to go to Old Orchard for a summer vacation as we all been there as chilldren. It turn out to be a fabulous week. The weather was great warm sunny with very little rain during the day. The house we rented was jsut a brief walk to the beach and it was close to most amenities. It was in a quiet surrounding and we could hear birds sing; so unusual these day. With the 3 bedroom the house was quite comfortable and it had all the convenience of home including dishwasher. The decorations of the house made it a constant discovery activity and gave it a feel of humanity. It was an overall great experience and i considre going back. Pierre

One of the nicest homes I have stayed in. It was spacious and cozy and beautifully decorated. They even had fresh flowers on the table when we arrived. Great location...Loved this beach house.

The house was clean, comfortable and had all the comforts of home on top of being very close to the beach. I loved the fact that it had a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The bathroom was still under construction whereas the ceiling was not completely sheet rocked, but it didn't create any issues. All closets were locked, so you could not make use of that space for hanging up items. I loved all the wind chimes throughout the house and the large windows in the living room area. The flower gardens outside on the sun deck and the yard were beautiful. The grill was a charcoal grill and not a gas grill. The white plastic resin table on the deck needs to be replaced as it was broken and falling over to the point that someone had tied rope from the deck railing to the umbrella and the umbrella pole was stablized by a cinder-block filled with rocks. Although, there was a delivery from Home Depot during our weeks stay that looked as though it could have been a replacement table, but I did not open, I just brought it in the house and put it behind the couch. I did not see postings identifying when trash pick up would take place or who to contact in the event of an emergency, fortunately the neighbor notified us when trash pick up was. Overall I think it was a nice cottage at the beach and one I would consider renting again.
