Description of the Old Orchard Beach vacation home rental

This home is called HAKIM. Upstairs and Downstairs can be rented together or separately.

Upstairs sleeps 8 in beds, 10 with sleep sofa in large living room. Downstairs sleeps 3 in beds, 5 with sleep sofa. Both together sleeps a total of 11 in beds, 15 using sleep sofas. Rent together or separately. Upstairs is $2,200; Downstairs is $1,300. Reduced by $100 if both taken together, $3,400.

HAKIM UP is the top unit which has a great view of the beaches from a very large living room area. Fully equipped kitchen. In a quiet area to relax and enjoy the summer. It is only the second house back from the ocean and has gorgeous ocean-views! Nicely located near the Ocean Park area, it is still within walking disdtance to the Pier. BED SETUP: Bedroom 1 is a large bedroom with a full bed and 2 twin beds; Bedroom #2 has 1 queen bed and Bedroom #3 has 1 full bed. Queen sleep sofa in the living room. 1 bath with shower/tub combo, deck, dishwasher, microwave, charcoal grille, park 1 car in shared driveway, others on street. Sleeps 8 in beds, 10 with sleep sofa. $2,200/wk for upstairs. Sorry, no pets permitted.

HAKIM DOWN is 1 & 1/2 bedrooms. Master has a full and half bedroom (walk thru) has 1 twin. Sleep sofa in living room. Garage & sunroom off garage. $1,300 if separate
