Description of the Old Orchard Beach vacation home rental
'A family vacation by the sea will stay with you forever' in this immaculate 3 bedroom beach house.This is the place to stay! Off street parking for 2 cars, private yard,1 patio table w/ umbrella & 6 chairs; 1 large octagon picnic table w/umbrella; gas grill (w/ back up propane tank!); sprinkler for kids; 6 Adirondack chairs for roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. For your convenience, 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, 1 cooler, beach toys & a large red wagon for transporting it all to the beach! Walk onto a relaxing three seasoned porch w/ 2 full sized futons.Then relax in a large living room (seats 10) w/ 2 leather couches & 1full size futon. Fridge w/ ice maker, dishwasher (dishtabs included !). Free use of washer & dryer (bleach & detergent included!) All 3 bedrooms include cable TVs, alarm clocks and fans. All paper products included, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel available for your convenience! Why do we offer so much? We want the same great families back year to year!
