Vacation Rental Description

My private home which is unoccupied from June 10th till August 20th. Please check out POLICIES for more info. My place is truly heaven. I'd like to share it with you.

I rented my home in 2005 but in 2006, after puting up this posting, my homeowners policy would no longer cover renting. So the guests that I had already booked, did not pay rent but left me a gift instead. I can accept gifts but not rent. That was truly nice of them. Most of them want to return this year and housesit for me again but I still have some weeks available. If you leave me something, that's great. If not, oh well!
