Description of the Onset vacation condo rental

Beautiful vacation home which is located on the first floor of a 4 unit Condo building. Its across the street from a well maintained clean beach and clear ocean bay waters, it's very swimmer friendly . Totally turnkey (utensils, linens, coffeemaker, blender, Gas Grills, picnic table and spacious deck). Bring the tooth brush and sun tan lotion! Situated 3 miles from the Bourne Bridge, this allows you to experience all the high class amenities of Cape Cod with out the traffic problems. The town pier is across the street(1 minute walk) which offers deep sea fishing boats and cape cod canal cruises. Also we are literally located steps from a great Italian restaurant (best pizza anywhere), coffee shops, additional restaurants and quaint shops for shopping, etc. We are 5 minutes from the Bourne Bridge, 40 minutes to Newport, 50 minutes to Boston & Providence. Newly redesigned unit which is perfect for entertainment. The unit is over 1700 square ft. Weeks of September are just $1000 /wk !! The best Months at Cape Cod Is September – ideal weather & no Traffic !!

It was good

The condo was clean.It was easy to keep clean. The kitchen was large and it seated all seven to eat or watch tv. the deck was where we sat to talk,dry off , snack and visit with guests.The location was a plus.we walked to the beach,the park,and to the stores We were close to everything but it was still quiet

This place is in a great spot and allows you to park and walk to all that Onset has to offer. The kids spend most of there time playing in the park across the street. Within minutes drive to even more restaurants and shopping. The deck is a very good size for everyone to fit comfortably. The place is stocked with everything you will need. Bring food and drink and you should be set. I would recommend bringing beach chairs and extra towels. The "Friday to Friday" rental is awesome because you miss the typical weekend Cape traffic. Having grown up in the area, it was a great place to be the "Summer People" for a week.

Once we found the place we were welcomed with open arms. Mike was awesome to deal with. Place was clean and comfortable. We had access to many different toys including paddle boards. Onset was small, quaint and friendly. Would stay here again in a heart beat. Our 3 girls loved the location and the stay as well.

The place was clean and tidy. Close to all the action. Plenty of room for 6. Could walk to the beach and park and downtown for shopping. Everyone was friendly in the neighborhood. Would stay there again.
