DESCRIPTION:
Quaint and charming cottage overlooking Broad Cove. Beautiful view, plus just steps to the bay beach. The village is also close, just a five-minute walk. Wonderful for families. Screened front porch. Read. Relax. Watch the boats go by. Take a couple of lawn chairs across to the bluff with some wine and cheese and toast your sweetheart. The light on the water is indescribable at dusk.
Our antique cottage features an open floor plan on the main level: living room/dining room, washer/dryer closet, and eat-in kitchen with new appliances. Sliders from kitchen open onto back deck overlooking private yard.
Boat launch is steps away. Two kayaks!
Fieldstone fireplace with gas stove insert. TV, cable, and CD/radio included. Wireless Internet connection.
Upper floor: three bedrooms and one bathroom. Master with queen bed and cove view, second bedroom with two twins, and tiny/cozy third bedroom with one twin bed.
Back deck has a gas grill, large picnic table, chairs and flower pots. Front garden bursts with flowers. RARE off-street parking for up to three cars.
Area Information
Bluffs ring the beaches and a bandstand sits atop Prospect Park overlooking the bay. Canal cruises from the town pier, outdoor movies, and many day trip possibilities--National Seashore and all of the Cape, Battleship Cove, Newport, Plimouth Plantation.
Onset is a treasure! Forget the bridge traffic and discover the gentle waters and sugar-sand beaches of this hidden Victorian gem.

English will follow Emplacement idéal si on recherche un endroit tranquille. La maison est très chaleureuse et accueillante et très très bien équipé. On se sent chez nous. La plage est proche et était très tranquille, parfait pour les enfants J'ai vraiment apprécié tous les détails pour rendre notre séjour confortable, du cartable très bien documenté sur toutes les acitivés des environs, aux fines herbes du jardin. Je recommande chaudement cet endroit. Location is ideal if you are looking for a a quiet place. The house is very wnice and welcoming and very well equipped. We felt like home. The beach is close and was very quiet, perfect for kids. I really enjoyed all the details to make our stay comfortable, the binder including a lot of documentation about the t the area, herb garden for cooking. I highly recommend this place.

Cozy Cottage - Perfect for a Getaway

I stayed at this cottage with my mom and sister for a girls weekend. The cottage was very cozy and comfortable. Had all the amenties you need and more. Great screened in front porch with waterviews (perfect for your morning coffee), walking distance to town and beaches. The owners are very gracious and kind. I would definitely recommend it!

Wish I was still there

This is the vacation home I hope to have someday. It felt so much like my home with everything from books for children and adults, magazines, games every kitchen item needed and so much more. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and with a great view too! We took walks to town, the beach and playground everyday. Great coffee shop and italian food (they deliver) right around the corner in town. Oudoor movies and concerts in the park during the week were an added bonus. We hope to return someday.
