Description of the Onset vacation home rental

Our newly renovated WATERFRONT 2-story home is located on a quiet road with direct access to the water from the deck. It really is right on the water. Watch the tide go in and out and enjoy the beautiful sunrises in the morning over the water. Our home includes 3 bedrooms (queen, full and 2 twin beds). Our home also includes a furnished deck, a furnished side porch, nice yard, gas grill and two car off-street parking.

Area Description

Onset Village is the gateway to Cape Cod. It provides miles of public sandy beaches as well as Cape Cod Canal cruises available from the town pier. Our home is a short walk from Onset Village. Nearby you can find golf courses, the Water Wizz water park, go-carts, miniature golf, a bowling alley and an arcade. Rollerblade, bike or walk the Cape Cod Canal which is within a 5 min car ride. Onset has many activities scheduled throughout the summer including fireworks, blues festival, illumination night, music and movies at the band shell in the center of town and the Pan-Mass Challenge which tours right through the town center of Onset!

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 10 a.m.
Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday
Deposits: 50% non-refundable deposit required at time of reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to start of rental.
Other Fees: $100 cleaning fee not included in rates listed. $400 refundable security deposit (assuming no damages).

We had a great vacation... truly a home away from home. Wendy and Joe added many extra nice touches like the vast information provided in their home of area attractions. We loved the homemade brownies upon arrival! The full size crib was an added bonus for our newborn.
Onset is a beautil village and the beaches are plentiful and gorgeous.

We traveled from the UK and had a fantastic holiday here in Onset for 2 weeks. Perfect location for us to explore Cape Cod, Boston and NY. The Outlet Village (Premium Outlets) shopping in Wrentham is well worth the visit. Our trip to Providencetown (at the end of the Cape) was great... important note a must do during weekdays not weekends due to the Cape traffic. Our favorite spot to eat was right in Onset Village, Stonebridge Bistro. We will be recommending to all of our friends in the UK. Hope to come back soon. The Gardner Family (Britain, UK)

We were pleasantly surprised by Onset, never having been to the area. We were thrilled by the wonderful views off the deck and the tons of crabs the tide brought in. The Comedy show at Salernos was excellent and very affordable. The Whaling Museum in New Bedford was unbelievable and well worth the trip. What a nice place to stay. My children loved it and it was nice to walk to the town beach and pier. We took a tour on the Cape Cod Canal which leaves from the center of Onset Village. Fantastic! Your house is the perfect family get away. Relaxing, beautiful and has something for everyone. The kids loved being able to go into the water from the deck. We took a trip into Hyannis and loved the Duckmobile Tour. We ferried to Martha's Vineyard and loved it (glad we did it during the week and not the weekend... thank you Wendy and Joe for this recommendation). We loved the location of the property. The house really is right on the water!! The kids had a blast and we did not have to lug our stuff to get to the beach. We all really enjoyed watching the tide come in and out… when the tide was in we swam and when the tide was out we enjoyed collecting shells from the beach. We look forward to coming back next year.
