Grill, patio funiture, outdoor shower, linens, towels, washer/dryer, cable, DVD,CD(IPOD connection), VCR - all for your convenience!! WI/FI internet access ( no computer supplied) for addition charge and upon request. One queen, 1 full, 2 twins, 1 daybed with trundle in master suite - sleeps 8+!! Great location, walking distance to charming town, restaurants, nightlife, marina, and of course the water and beach right in front!! Mooring available by request. Only less than 1 hr from Boston or Prov.- miss the bridge traffic. No PETS ( no exceptions) or SMOKERS - Sorry.

My family had a wonderful vacation here. The house is great. Super quiet neighborhood. Beach is very peaceful and my son and nephew (8 yr olds)had a great time finding crabs and fishes. Easy walk into town for a great breakfast place. The sunset view is amazing and it's an easy ride to other places on the Cape. We had a lot of fun here.

The pictures of the house were beautiful, so I figured I'd take a chance and hope we'd get something close to what was advertised.... I was amazed!!! The house was so much more then what the pictures showed. The house was clean, beautiful and most importantly accomodating and safe for a family with children. The beach was literally inches away from the front steps and the beach could keep a family busy all week with its hermit crabs, snails, fishing, building sand castles etc. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, ideal for peace and quiet! I can not urge a family enough to rent this house! My family will be back year after year! Also, the landlord was hassle free... immediately returned my deposit!

The house was clean and setup very comfortably for our needs. The location was excellent, off the beaten path but close to everything. The kids loved the beach across the street and grandma loved the porch. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us and the views were gorgeous.

We loved our stay at this spotless, airy and beautiful home. The location could not be better! We brought 6 kids and had a wonderful family vacation. There's lots to do within a few minutes drive: biking, boating, whale watching, water park...but you can just stay put and enjoy the lovely beach right across from the house! We loved our stay and I HIGHLY recommend it . The owner is a pleasure to deal with as well. Enjoy!

It was such a gorgeous home and the views were fantastic. I loved the child friendly beach......and the sealife was so much fun for the children. I have never seen so many clams and crabs. It really is right on the beach who could ask for more!!!!
