Description of the Onset vacation home rental

2 Bedroom/1Bath home available for rent in charming Onset Village. Adjacent to public golf course and a 5 minute walk to Onset Beach, Onset Bay Marina, and the Point Independence Yacht Club. Onset Village provides restaurants, shops, live music, Canal Cruises, charter fishing, tennis, and weekend festivals.

Fully furnished, immaculate home with all linens, TV, dvd/vcr/cable, stereo, microwave, washer/dryer, and outdoor gas grill. There is a double bed in one bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom. The house is fully furnished and the kitchen has dishes/glasses, pots, pans,etc. We renovated last year ..we put in new floors in the kitchen and laundry room, new carpeting in the living room/dining room, and one of the bedrooms. There is also new kitchen counters and sink. The living room has 2 leather recliners, a love seat and an entertainment center with a TV, vcr/dvd, small stereo, and air conditioning. Large landscaped yard on corner lot with parking for 2 cars.

May, June,September $650/wk. July and August $875/week. Monthly and seasonal special rates available! Security deposit is $300. Cleaning fee $65l.

Area Information

Onset Village provides restaurants, shops, spas, kayak rentals, live music, Cape Cod Canal Cruises, charter fishing, tennis, free movies on the bluff,and weekend festivals all within a short walk.

Cute, Cozy and Clean!

I spent the weekend here to attend a wedding on Onset Beach and reception at Salerno's Function Hall. Very cute and cozy home. Felt very comfy here. The place was immaculate. Within walking distance to ceremony and reception (no drinking & driving)! Very convenient for wedding guests. Sharon was very pleasant to deal with. Thanks again for a great mini-vacation, Sharon!

Very convenient small house, perfect for a family, with all material needed. 5 min to the beach for a daily sand beach party. We have spent very good time in New-England, thanks to this perfect small house. What we don't like: - close to the main street. - No blinder. - Very soft mattress
