It was a long over due vacation for my son and me. We find this great rental at the last minute. It was everything it said it was and more. We had ample room for friends and family when they came to visit. My son brought his jet ski and was minutes from launch site and beach was a minute walk from our door. The beach was very clean and sandy for location and minutes to walk to onset center. In the evenings we sat out on the spacious deck for relaxation and the nice breeze. This will be a place I would definitely return to. The best part was I was able to bring my dog with us. I give an A+ for comfort and relaxation. Wonderful house and location near the beach.I spent one week with my daughters and 5 grand children; it was perfect with young children: open space downstairs and nice layout upstairs with landing and 3 bedrooms around.Two powder rooms were very helpful with 5 kids (one upstairs and one downstairs).The only negative was the heat in the upstairs bedrooms.Great ceiling fans downstairs but the floor fan on the landing upstairs is not enough to cool three bedrooms, which are heated by the afternoon sun. So, there is a need for either 3 individual strong floor fans or a ceiling fan in the upstairs bedrooms(better).Excluding the above, we had a great week inside the house (when too hot or rainy outside) and the easy walk to the beach made it perfect to go back and forth with our young children.
