Beautiful, sugar white beaches of Orange Beach, Alabama, are a wonderful place for your vacation. Built in 2001, Tradewinds is located directly on the beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful, one-bedroom, two-bath condominium has magnificent direct front views from the balcony. Recent updates in 2005 included new paint and tile throughout.

In 2006, Tradewinds building was also updated with new indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, new deck, fencing, and lush landscaping.

Also worth noting is Tradewinds has only 107 condominium units thus the beach is much less crowded than mega-condominium buildings. Tradewinds is about one-half mile from a shopping center which includes "Bruno's" and "Winn-Dixie" grocery stores as well as numerous other shops (Dollar Store, movie rental, etc.), restaurants, and an emergency medical center.

Area Description

Tradewinds is approximately five miles east of the intersection of Perdido Beach Boulevard and Highway 59. This area hosts numerous souvenir shops, restaurants, family entertainment (small amusement park, water park, etc.), and has a Super Wal-Mart nearby. The "Warf" is also 3 miles away. Two very visited sites are also close whihc nclude Fort Mrogan and the Pensacola aviation museum.
