Description of the Orange Beach vacation condo rental

2 Bed / 2 Bath Penthouse

Sunrise and sunset views of the gulf from the master bedroom, living area and large balcony as well as the Seaside cottage décor and inviting colors make this 1420 square foot condo perfect for either families or couples. LCD TV 's with DVD players are in both bedrooms plus an oversize TV (46" Sony LCD) with DVD and stereo in the living room. Beach toys and indoor games are available to enjoy during your stay.

This renter 's favorite has tile throughout the living areas and fully appointed kitchen, which includes icemaker, microwave, dishwasher and a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Other features include 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heat and air conditioning and an oversize master bathroom with a whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower and lots of closet space.

It's obvious this condo isn't just a rental, it's also used by the owner and his family. The quality of furnishings, electronics (TVs) and other amenities provide ample evidence of this. We had a great time in this lavish and well maintained condo. You will not regret choosing this unit.

This condo at Seachase was perfect in every way. The 11th floor was great, we spent many hours on the large balcony. The kitchen and Bath were equipped far beyond necessities. Many luxuries in this Condo. Family photos were a touching surprise. Perfect in every way, beautiful furniture and decorations. Excellent TV's the owner's even supplied movies to watch. We plan to return many times.

...way better than a "couch" in an office! Cozy and lovely decor, beautiful seaside view, secure environment, convenient to area attractions and needs. Very easy accomodations with owner and on-site management. Great experience; LOVED IT! DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE!
