Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 61” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 32” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are 2 master bedrooms with King beds and the 3rd. Br has 2 Queen beds.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.
GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR LARGE GROUPS! We have an agreement with our neighbor, which allows us to accommodate large groups. Our unit, combined with their 3 bedroom/4 bathroom unit, provides our guests with six bedrooms and eight full baths.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Be assured, the cost for your vacation in our unit will be 10-15% less than you will find elsewhere in this property! Area Information
You will enjoy a swim in the 300' lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide -or- secure kiddies pool at Phoenix West. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days in Orange Beach. Near the indoor pool you will find a large state of the art exercise room, complete with a sauna. The utility room in the condo is furnished with a full size washer and dryer and you have covered parking in the garage at Phoenix West.
There are great walking, bike and nature trails within a mile from Phoenix West in Orange Beach. World class golf courses are nearby as well in this Orange Beach paradise.

Great way to spend a family vacation! The unit was clean and had everything you needed. Location: this is was our first time to Orange Beach and we are already booking for next year! LOVED IT! The complex is beautiful. The outdoor pools were a lil chilly but weve had some unseasonably cool weather. There was security all over the place - at times they were an annoyance. We had two families so a total of 4 adults and 4 kids.

Wonderful Time!

What a wonderful place to spend the month! Everything was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked so that I could actually cook for family & friends! The bedrooms were so nice including the comfort of the beds. The sofa bed in the living area, however, was not. The cell phone reception was nil due to the strong structure of the building; however safety over convenience is good. Cayce Cook was wonderful to work with and was always prompt to my concerns. I will rent this property again!

The condo was just what we needed! Very spacious and clean! The view was gorgeous! It was too cold for the Lazy River, although it was open for the brave ones! The kitchen was very accomodating and had anything you would need to cook a full Christmas dinner! Very nice!

Great home for the week. Condo clean and just as described. Everything you need to cook with was in kitchen. Bedrooms decorated nicely. Beds comfortable after a long day on the beach. Big TVs were nice. View was great ! Keypad on door was terrific. All pools, hot tubs and lazy river clean and inviting. The slide for the kids and young adults was a big hit! Security was on property and at entrance gate and readily avail at all times if you needed assistance. This was our fifth stay at this property. We will be back next October!!

Great 2012 Vacation at Phoenix West

The Phoenix West w/ Lazy River was great. The kids were asking when we were coming back before we left the property. Having the lazy river, kid's pool, pool with slide, heated indoor pool and beach all available in one location was great. The wife and I could relax on the beach while the children enjoyed the pools. The Condo was very clean and maintained. It had everything a family could ask for. The children enjoyed the large TV's, Wi Fi, and Netflix. The wife enjoyed the very large master bath with double shower and jacuzzi. I highly recommend Phoenix West with the Lazy River to anyone wanting to enjoy a family vaction. Looking forward to next year!!!

Our condo was clean and decorated the way I like. The beds/pillows were comfortable and the response time via email from the owners was spontaneous. The view was spectacular. The only thing I would change is to allow dogs!

The condo was great! Very impressed with all the set ups, especially the kitchen! The kitchen was well equipped with all neecessities to entertain family and friends. The fourth bath was very large, full size washer and dryer and a shower. It seemed to be handicap accessible. The elevators were fast, also, to have so many floors. We stayed there because if the lazy river and waterside, and was not disappointed. I was also empressed with the security and their profesiinalism. Thank you to the owner for her hospitality and friendliness. It was a delightful experience.

Best family vacation at Phoenix West #805

We stayed in unit #805 at Phoenix West for our family vacation during fall break. This unit was large enough for my wife and I, my mom, and my 3 kids to relax, to read, or to use the free wifi. This unit was elegant but comfortable and had amenties that made our stay enjoyable. Unit #805 is on the 8th floor. It was high enough for breathtaking views of the ocean and low enough to easily view the lazy river and pools. Also, the 8th floor is the highest level that the parking garage goes to. We parked on the 8th floor and basically walked 50ft to our condo unit. It made unpacking and packing a breeze! Unit #805 is the very middle unit so you get a panoramic view from your balconey. It was nice to have the wet bar with ice maker in our unit. Everyday before heading to the pool or beach we would fill our coolers up with our beverages and ice. Make sure and take advantage of that!! Phoenix West is centrally located so it is easy to go to either Gulf Shores or Orange Beach to restaurants to eat or drive the go-carts or play laser tag. Our family had no complaints with our unit at Phoenix West. We did not want to leave.

Wonderful for kids

We really enjoyed our stay. We had two small children in our family and the other family had one. Most of our time was spent at the condo enjoying the amenities. The kids loved the waterslide, the kiddie pool and the zero entry pool. The beach was great, but they enjoyed the pools the most. The condo was wonderfully decorated and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

What a wonderful place to getaway to. 4 friends and myself wanted to get away for a girls long weekend trip. And the condo at Phoenix West was just awesome. The whole experience at Phoenix West was great. Loved the lazy river, and the beach has never been cleaner! Hope to go back again in the near future. It was just a wonderful experience for all of us.
