This unit is rented as a 3 BR/4.5 Ba and has many one of a kind feature not found in other condos. This is a part time home so discriminating clients are encouraged.
Two tone wood floors, large custom glass topped island with serpentine sink, open MBR-BA area, custom columns, private art collection, Kitchen Aide appliances include 2 wine coolers, 2 refrigerator/freezers, warming drawer convection/oven combo, glass stovetop. Primary Master Bath includes 2 waterclosets: his with toilet and urinal, hers with toilet and bidet. Each Master Bath has body sprays, hand held shower head and oversized rain shower. Each Master Bedroom has magnificent view. Queen Bedroom has it's own full bath with shower.

There are no curtains in this condo. Nothing to distract you from the fabulous North view of Old River, Ono Island, Perdido Bay and more. Complimentary eye pillows and eyemasks let you sleep as late as you please.

Area Description

Orange Beach is a family oriented destination that has seen considerable growth in the last 15 years. It is known for its deep sea fishing and beautiful white sand. For many years the complaint was lack of restaurants but that has changed. There are many wonderful restaurants, gift and clothing shops, large stadium theaters (for a rainy day), and an Art Center which showcases local artists and brings in visiting artist from around the SouthEast.

If you'd like to explore beyond the beach there are eco tours of the back country trail or you could walk/run/bike the back country trail and experience the natural beauty of longleaf pines, magnolias, oaks and spanish moss.
Amoung the favorite restaurants are: Cosmos, Genos, Wolf Bay Lodge (best fried seafood), Genny Lane, Villagio, BaySide Grill, Mikatos Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar(Pelican Point Shopping Center, Gulf Shores) amoung many others.

Bella Luna is within walking distance of the Florida State Line and therefore within walking distance of the world famous Flora Bama Lounge and the Silver Moon Lounge and Package.

This condominium was custom designed to be an artistic expression, not just another condo. There are 3 outdoor pools with specific needs in mind. One with upspirting fountains that are vastly entertaining to kids, one pool has built in loungers for those who like to hang out in the pool with their book and beverage, and one is designed to accomodate those who require a lap pool. There is also an outdoor hot tub that will accomodate over a dozen people. The indoor pool has 2 copper fountains. The indoor hot tub is large accomodates a dozen people.
The workout facility is high quality, each cardio has its own tv with an earphone plug. There is a sauna and steam as well as his and hers baths/showers with body sprays and rain heads.
This condo also has a top notch movie theater with the most comfortable recliners and great sound/video system.
